Great donuts, great service and love the drive thruPrice, not so much. When did they get so expensive. About $11.50 for 6 donuts. I guess I should have gotten the full dozen for a few bucks more. Oh well. Definitely tasted fresh and hit the spot so still a happy camper. Will have to bring some friends or look for coupons on the next trip 🙂 note: i still offered a couple bucks tip, but they wouldn’t accept it. Said they can’t. I respect that.

Loved our Holiday tradition of Christmas Lighting and than having the BEST FRESHEST DONUTS in town!!! Also, treated the Sunday School children with a dozen of Holiday Assortment. Were they Happy and felt special!! The taste of fresh cream filled donuts with blue icing and sugar crystals and a dab of with and a penguin on top takes me away to a Holiday Wonderland!! I loved the sensation of the sugar crystals on my tongue and the whip on my lips!!!

The donuts here are never fresh in the pm. I’ve been here a few times and they make donuts in the am and hope it’s enough to run the whole day. So by the time you go in after 12pm you get donuts that are just so so and not fresh. I don’t like coming here and only do it when we are near and need to. Other wise I have to travel a great distance to get them. Old donuts are gross especially Krispy kremes.

What a wonderful experience! After fighting the app on my phone, I went in and talked to someone about the issues I was having. He gave me an extra dozen for my input and trouble. Lovely man, great doughnuts! The Fall Collection is great!

The general manager is a beauty inside and out. Im usually a mess in the early mornings stopping by after filling up my gas when Costco opens and she takes good care of me. I appreciate how thoughtful she is and the careful food handling practices.

I have gone more than twice to this place and for some reason all of the employees always have attitude, I ordered just 3 donuts and still got attitude when handing them to me. It’s so disappointing. I always say “thank you have a nice day” and they just close the window on me. Please make sure to change this.

My wife and I came there at 9:15pm on Friday National Donut Day and wait in the line in person even though I have Krispy Kreme App, the reason is that we just did full vaccination so we want to double check with the staff and choose the flavors of donuts we want for our kids in person. It’s windy and cold at that time, and suddenly a lady(guess she’s the manager)came out said that they’ll only let the people into the store by 9:45pm, but it was 9:43pm at that moment, they should put a sign or notification outside earlier about the time policy, or send someone to outside kept telling us about this at least 10 or 20 minutes earlier, I believe it will be better and reasonable.
Outside and in front of the door there was a couple and then was my wife and I, so we are second group(lots of groups behind us), after 5 minutes (9:48pm), a young staff still opened the door and let the first couple in front of us get into but refused to let my wife and I also other people behind us get in. Another lady customer just behind us argued this to the staffs inside, but seemed staffs didn’t do anything for her from my observation. Since we’ve been there like almost 40 minutes, and we really want to get fresh donuts for our kids especially it’s Friday night. We decided to jump into the drive-thru because the staff told us we can purchase it from there before they close.
After waiting another 30 minutes later in the car line, around 10:20ish, we get into the drive-thru of Krispy Kreme, but cars moved very and super slowly. Another 20 minutes later, we get to the menu and ordering section but no one speak to us via the speaker. Yes it’s CLOSED and no one came out to tell us or at least put a road cone ahead of the drive-thru to save people’s time, it’s common sense even my kids know it but no one in Krispy Kreme did it. Sadly to say it but from my experience regarding these 2 failures of having donuts, I’m confident to say that they don’t care about how their customers’ feelings, and apparently the operation management at this branch is terrible.
Overall, we arrived there at 9:20pm in person in the line and left from the drive-thru around 11pm didn’t get any piece of donut, and our kids were disappointed at that night because they couldn’t enjoy their favorite Krispy Kreme.

Always the best donut but my opinion is only the glazed donut is good. The others are a little dry from seating too long and donuts kind of dry. They should also make a plain donut available for the diet consumer. Yes it’s a weird suggestion but the consumer might want that.

Usually buy Donuts from here and no issue staff is friendly and professional. Today my wife who wears a hijab and mom went in alone to buy a six pack around 2 pm. The staff (who were all white) this time around ignores them completely. No greeting, no wait a second, nothing. One guy even walked right up to them and just shelved some donuts and walked away. The cashier made eye contact and then turned away. Every single worker acted like my wife and mom didn’t exist even after making eye contact with them. Disgusted with their behavior. The shelves were all fully stocked with donuts. I guess they were holding onto them for customers they could actually see.
