Great baristas! My go-to Starbucks since it’s super close to me & the drinks are always delicious.
The baristas do a great job of having my drinks ready! Even when they’re busy they are always on top of it & go above & beyond. One example is when I ordered a Marshmallow Dream bar & since it was frozen the barista warned me & also let me choose another bakery item while letting me take my marshmallow bar. (In my opinion that was going above & beyond!)
They also do a great job of welcoming everyone that walks through the door & thanking me when I just grab my to-go order when they’re too busy making drinks/with other customers.

The register worker was the most disrespectful person their she gave such attitude and she did the same to other people. She had curly hair with a hat and had a depressing look on her face. If you’re gonna have attitude to people while working just don’t work at all at this point. The person that made me the drink made so lavishly good but my experience with the other person was not delightful. I understand that people go through phases but doesn’t give them the right to act with such attitude.

I was here around 2pm on 3/16 and there were two employees working. They were both great, especially the woman at the register. They were very friendly and professional and I actually enjoyed being in there. It’s a contrast to what I usually get at most businesses these days. Appreciate it!

I had not been coming to SB to buy coffee since in my opinion it has change it’s coffee flavor in many of their drinks. After 2 years, I decided to come back and treat me today. I asked for a double expresso shot on an apple macchiato. To not my surprise, once again the flavor was dull, milk based, and not strong at all; it was suppose to be strong since I asked for an extra shot, and staff when we ask for extra hot it suppose to be HOTTTTTTTTTTT not warm. Headquarters, why would you discontinue multi-grain bagels? HELLO!!! Sucks! and Staff when one asks extra crunchy bagel, it should not be soft, crunchy when one bites into it!! Definitely going back to home made and or 7-11 coffee runs! #overpriced #badcustomerservice #lowratecoffeeflavor

Workers take their sweet time ,chat and chat and then get my order wrong ,coming from San Bernardino county ,in LA county we were charged $1 more for our drink ,not coming back to this location

I ordered Frappuccino without whipped cream. But they gave me the cream together so they said they made it again, but threw whipped cram away. And they didn’t even say ‘I’m sorry’, and was very rude. I won’t be here again. Does this look like the new coffee you just got?
