First, the dine-in area was about 50° and the staff were all wearing winter jackets.
The glazed donuts were cooked with warm oil so they were very greasy. The other donuts were old and the filled donuts had little, if any, filling.
The staff were rude and complained they were understaffed. The dine-in area was dirty and they were simply not attentive. No hot drinks or coffee made or available
This is, no doubt, the lowest ranking donut shop in Grand Rapids.

Drive through cashier was rude. She was very impatient and was rushing me while order. Then when i got my donuts and opened them they looked like the end of day krispy creams at speed way and around half of them had deep finger imprints in them.

Very disappointed. I have been getting my favorite raspberry filled donuts for years. Recently each time I get them they have less and less filling. Not sure if the company is just trying to save money or if the staff don’t know what they are doing. After eating one today with less than 1 bite of filling, I decided to cut another open to see how much filling was actually in it. It looked as if it was just put on the spout just to wipe the remnants off and that was it. Why pay extra for a filled donut if it’s not actually going to be filled?

Excellent crew working, very efficient and polite. Great doughnuts as usual, but, as with everything else, a bit more expensive than I remember. I know it’s not your fault, possibly mine I bought a dozen, 6 original glazed (still warm! ), 6 assorted at random. Great selection by the way, they were delicious! and an iced mocha little ice. Was great as well!

There were a lot of people in front of me, but they were super fast. I had an order placed and they didn’t have it ready, but they got it using the fresher donuts and got it ready super quickly. The donuts were, as usual, super good and fresh. It is a tad expensive now, but that’s okay for a treat.

Best place for donuts…kids love going when hot light is on.. definitely worth the 55min drive when I have coupons.

This store is lacking in many aspects. Staff barely acknowledged us, looked annoyed that were were even there. Walked away before the register was even done, was told once it said approved we were done. It’s no longer clean there. Then the donuts, hardly any filling in the filled ones, they are so much smaller than they used to be, and they were dried out. Quality isn’t worth the drive there anymore. I won’t waste my time here.

I always get two dozen when I am in town since Kalamazoo no longer has one. The staff are always extremely friendly and kind. They were even very understanding when it was my first visit and I drove straight to the window missing the order box

Went to Krispy kreme for the first time. The place is really big for a donut shop. We got a box of 6 assorted donuts. The glazed ones are just so tasty and soft. The chocolate iced ones are a bit too sweet.
Its really cool to see the donut manufacturing process. All covid measures are being taken. The parking lot of DD was also being occupied by cars with Chick Fil-A takeaway crowd. The mini donuts looked great and we will be trying those next time we visit it.

Ordered a regular coffee and 1 original glazed from the drive-thru. The red light was on. I was one of two people in the drive-thru and the wait was unusually long. When I pulled up to the window I saw people slowly pacing around. I don’t know how long it takes to pull one glazed donut from the belt and pump a coffee, but I was there in total for almost 10 mins. Donut was good, coffee was pretty bitter.
