Robinette’s Apple Haus & Winery Reviews

I stopped here a couple weeks ago after hiking at the provin trails which is right next to this place. I really like this place because it seemed to me like a hidden gem and new place I’ve never discovered before. They have really good donuts, coffee, apple cider and other things. I got a chocolate donut with a toffee flavored cappuccino which was really good and the other section next to the area where the donuts are had some really good candy apples and other things. The outside on the property looked really nice as well and although I didn’t get a chance to check out the gift shop, I did walk around the outside for a bit and saw that there was an area for apple picking which was nice.

Really like the fresh apple cider and apples. If you can try the corn maze or hay ride, nice fall afternoon activity. You can watch them make the cider and buy it right after, prices are way cheaper then the store. Friendly staff. They also make wines and have a tasting room under the gift shop.

Very charming and personable atmosphere. Highly recommend the wine tasting. Cider and donuts are the tops. Large area with Lots of shopping opportunities and safe places for the children to play. If you’re in the area, stop by.

I recently hosted a baby shower at the Loft. It was a great space at a great price! Would definitely recommend this as a venue for small parties and plan to have more parties here in the future!

Very nice place. Not to busy. We have been to other’s before but we really like this one.
Thinks we bought. Donuts, cinder, breads, wine. They have a lot of Michigan made products. Nothing here made in China. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Robinette’s my family and I will be back.
Thank you,

Loved it, the corn maize is amazing and great fun for little ones and the bouncy pillow is a blast! The only thing, if you want donuts get in line early because that was one long line!

The coolest place! They have the absolute best donuts I’ve ever had in my life, they also have good cider, along with other desserts, jams, apple’s, sandos, etc. They have a really fun corn maze. As well as a really nice shop, I always find something cool in there, they have clothes along with a bunch of random fun and cool things. 100 percent can not recommend enough!

It was my first time to Robinettes since I moved back to GR almost 2 yrs ago. I first went into the main gift shop, then down to the wine tasting room and gift shop. I then went over to the apple room. The donut shop had a really long line so I skipped that.
Along my journey of checking this place out only 1 person greeted me. I saw at least 8 employees along my travels and not one of them greeted me or acknowledged my presence.
I did purchase a bottle of wine with no thanks to the 2 ladies behind the counter.
As a retail manager myself I am super in tune to customer service.
As I was walking from the apple shop back to the wine tasting room, one lady finally said hello.
I was very disappointed in the customer service aspect of Robinette.
Your customers keep your business alive and growing. You might want to focus on that with your employees.

Great place to get some wine, little gifts, and of course apples. Typically always a great experience and I take my parents here for wine tastings. However, only two stars off today because the wine tasting we had was kind of off putting. The person doing our wine tasting had a demeanor of not wanting to be there. Pretty passive aggressive and sighing when we would tell her which wine was next on our tasting list. She seemed inconvenieced by my family and the other customers who had also come in for wine. Then, when she needed assistance with the register and called someone down, the woman who came down to assist had the same demeanor. Could be an off day and that it is their slow season, but wasn’t very welcoming to customers.

Great Place! A lovely staff.
Gift barn and winery are just an added bonus to the pastries, cider, apples, and PEACHES!
Stop by and bring family and friends!
