Excellent bakery! The items they have are unique, both sweet and savory. To top it off they also have a very good barista. Highly recommend a stop at Fuji Bakery!

Tiny corner bakery has lovely selection of pastries; croissants, malasada, tiny doughnuts and cheese bread, among other things. Well made great price, good quality and friendly service.

I love the pastries here! The pear croissant was to die for and I’ve definitely had dreams about it… The shokupan from Fuji bakery is really good and their sandos look good- though I haven’t had one (yet!).

A small bakery in ID that offers a small selection of Japanese and French pastries: some croissants and donuts with interesting cream fillings. There was a short line when I visited on a weekday around 10:30am and I was told that I got the last croissant (really? Maybe it’s the last one of the batch). To be honest, I wasn’t super impressed, it’s a little too soft for me, not as flaky and crunchy as I wished. Service was friendly though.

One word. Phenomenal! The donuts are unique in flavor and just the right doughy to creamy texture

My husband and I really enjoyed the donuts we ordered today. We got a matcha donut and an ube donut. They both were so delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing croissants and bomboloni (malasadas)espresso can be improved. Worth a trip.

I need to eat everything from Fuji Bakery! It’s a few figurative steps away from Japan’s local goodies, but it’s truly delicious for being local. There is always a line, which tells you that 1. It is that good 2. Worth the wait! I wish to return and try all the sando’s as well as the malasadas; I had the lilikoy malasada and it wasn’t greasy at all while still tender and chewy; delicious filling with strong lilikoy flavor. I recommend this spot to all my friends and strangers! It’s not considered cheap, but it is well priced for the work it takes to bake all the goodies.

If you’re in the area this is definitely a must. Their pastries are yummy and fresh and they also serve coffee and certain sandwiches. Definitely try their malasada if you haven’t but I also enjoy their bread and other pastries as well. They have a bigger location in the Elliot bay area but this is still pretty good

Big fan of the Fuji bakery. Never been to this location before, but really liked it. As always, incredible baked goods. The drinks were excellent! And the staff was awesome!
