I’ve been eating here for years now. I like coming here. Sometimes the service can be very “Hialeah” but if you’re cool you won’t have any trouble. I never have trouble. Pan con lechon is recommended.

Amazing pastelitos and a wide selection of desserts, made to order cakes and food. The only down side to this place is the wait. Be ready to wait and wait and wait and then wait some more.

I am a major pastry and cake lover. I’ve lived in Hialeah for 42 years and in that time I have eaten cakes and Cuban pastries from almost all the bakeries out there. Let me tell you about this bakery- awesome!
Their variety is good, they have the usual items-guava, cream cheese, coconut pastries and tons of fancier delights. And yes, they have pizza pastry! Delicious! They taste like a pizza, with a combo of ham and chorizo. Not just salty boiled ham that they use at other bakeries. I love the flakiness and its authentic rich flavor.
Give this place a try, their service is great and they have old school Cuban sayings that you have to have heard before from your abuelos. You wont be disappointed.

Customer service is horrible here, foods good but the workers honestly make you feel like not coming. I ordered to go on the phone and i did that to make it easier before going to work. And as i get there they tell me that don’t have my pan con lechon, that’s extremely unprofessional. And the lady had the nerve to say i couldn’t call you back because i forgot. Don’t recommend this place!

I’m truly sorry to report this place after I’ve being a loyal client for more than 10 years. After the pandemic, this place in not where near of what it use to be. The staff is very unprofessional, if by any chance you choose to order through Ubereats close to 9:30pm they will cancel your order, or they will report that they don’t have the item you order for sale. I have confirmed this statement as it has happened to me several time and I go directly to the bakery and the do have it. Calling in to order is more effective however you will have to go pick up your order at the bakery. I truly hope Uber eats take action on this store as it a terrible representation of their services.

food is great but the front lady needs to learn how to speak to the other employees. I asked for a tostada w ham, cheese, mayo & mustard which only cost $4.50 (noticed after) was charged $9 because she didnt even tell me how much it was just to scan.. the first time they bring out my sandwich they say its two & i only ordered one and that it didnt have mayo nor mustard. she comes back again and i get a tostada with ham, CROQUETA, mayo n mustard, No cheese.. don’t get me wrong it was pretty good but its annoying you know when you’re craving something and u get soemthing else

Food is good however there customer service is HORRIBLE. From the uber food app to in person. And its not just one person just in general they are really bad. They dint attend phone calls and they talk to customers with an actitud. They take forever to prepare your food and when i say forever literally being waiting for mines 90minutes. And i already have been charged.
