If you are ordering a cake, avoid Holiday Bakery. I placed my order at the Miami Lakes location. Their baker and cake decorator are located in the Hialeah location. If they send you there with a cake decorator named Olga – don’t do it! My daughter’s Sweet 16 cake was a disaster. First of all the cake was not centered, horrible job on fondant, rum cake was super dry, decorated with swiggles to hide fondant disaster…. just horrifying. My husband picked up the cake and was embarrassed to tell the decorator that she did a horrible job. When I saw the cake (at the venue), I had to start scraping icing off of the cake and deal with my 16 year old in tears. Not something we should have gone through just hours before her party. I was so embarrassed, my guests did not eat the cake. I called the following day and got a partial refund (not enough) They said that the cake decorator is not experienced in fondant!! WHAT??? Then why did they let me spend over $300 on a fondant cake. The cake decorator told my husband her self that we over paid for the cake and that it might taste bad. I called again to speak to another Manager and I haven’t from them since and its been almost a week. It’s so sad that my daughter had to go through that on her special day!

The meat pastries here are delicious! Also recommend the cheese one. The Cuban coffee was amazing and hit the spot. The staff were very nice and served my order very quickly. The bakery was clean and looked nice. Will definitely comeback!

This place is nasty do not come here. I order a media noche sandwich and all the ham inside was cold. I mean COLD . When i open the sandwich i saw the jamon pierna was green i told the lady and she said that the ham is supposed to looked like that. NO MAAN YOU WRONG. i also order a vatido d mamey. That was not maney at all. Service was good the lady treat me nice but food is nasty

I asked for an order of pastelitos. The lady had a a bad cough and coughing/sneezing over the pastries, this was so disgusting. I also asked for a cortadito(cuban coffee) her nose was running a lot she didnt even wash her hands( cleaning her nose with her t-shirt). The bakery is also dirty. Please don’t allow sick people working in a cafeteria with food. It wont be good for your business if a was an inspector

Its just ok, needs more variety. Maybe some fresh croissants, hot chocolate and a big pot of homemade Cuban tamales. They have great staff, they just need some tweaks.

Try the pan con tortilla (Omelet sandwich) delicious and very inexpensive! Cortadito is really good too. Enjoy!!

Not good at all. The owner has no idea on how to make a paying customer happy. The woman should thank her employees for managing to keep the joint open
