We arrived to town starving, aaaand I absolutely love a pasta dinner… So, we decided to head to Fazoli’s and and check out some fast-food Italian, as we’d never been to one before! Of course we took a minute, as they offer up something for absolutely everyone! Sam, the kindest young man, greeted us warmly when we figured out our food. We grabbed our beverages and took a seat while we waited. They host a nice sized, very comfortable dining room area, and super clean restrooms. Within just a couple of minutes, Emily brought our bags out. We got into a quick little conversation, and the love that she has for her establishment, shone through immediately!! This Fazoli’s hosts the true definition of a work family. It is your home away from home. To see the pride taken by each member of the Staff, the genuineness of their greetings and farewells…you guys, this place will truly fill your soul, as well as your belly! The food was sooo much better than I had even imagined!! We had the Baked Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Chicken Parmesan, and the Chicken Broccoli Penne. Everybody loved their meals!! Breadsticks were included with each dinner, and they were delicious too!! Craving a solid pasta dinner while on the road? Come HERE!! *Meatballs are a beef/pork blend, but the Meat Sauce is all beef.* Thank you guys again, for a well-needed fueling up, on multiple levels. All of our love❤️

My 15 year old and I went to Fazolis for the 1st time. We thought it was going to be a regular Italian eaterie. We were very wrong. When I asked to have a chicken bacon ranch pizza on thin crust I was informed that all the food is pre-made and nothing can be adjusted or modified or made special. My 15 year old got the keto pizza cause it was the closest thing to a thin crust. She took one bite and refused to eat anymore. It was covered in oil that we used napkins to try to remove. I had the Alfredo pasta which taste like paste and garlic. The breadsticks were soggy and nasty. Kinda like they were soaked in oil and garlic. I’m very disappointed in the foid we received.

The staff was excellent and friendly! Although there was a slight issue with my order. Emily took excellent and wonderful care of the situation and was very empathetic. She is a great leader to the staff and I hope she is well compensated for her leadership.

Food was really good. The loaded fettuccine alfredo is a favorite dish. The spicy baked ziti with sausage is great, but it is a tiny portion. All in all, the food was prepared well and delicious.

I normally love their food but the pizza bread sticks were really salty today. So salty that I couldn’t finish them. My pasta was good though.

The food is very good the portions have gotten so small I got spaghetti and meatballs and meatballs were just a little over an inch around that’s like half what they used to be for $13 I got spaghetti meatballs and two breadsticks it’s really ridiculously expensive it now cost to eat out. They charge more and give you a smaller amount probably won’t eat there any more

Restaurants. A good example of a “fast sit down restaurant”. In the pics below you will my little devouring some spaghetti. Customer service is always amazing, you can tell they really value their jobs.

Food and service was great, I went to another one in Indiana and both times I can’t believe how good it was for fast food. If you have never been here I highly recommend trying it. Free unlimited bread sticks are the best hands down, they are even better then Olive garden.
