Tired going to Dunkin’ on a Sunday at 6am and they were not open. No signage saying their hours were different on the store or drive thru.

I did a mobile order pick up and it was easy and convenient enough, but the app was a terror to deal with. Then the food and coffee were terribly prepared. My coffee tastes burnt and my sandwich just wasn’t toasted. I always have bad experiences no matter what location I go to, I’m just going to give up on this company since they never respond or correct their errors.

My coffee drink was delicious, the store was clean, staff was friendly. I had an issue with a valid coupon scanning correctly and they were able to figure out how to fix it. Good coffee drinks and good donuts. What’s not to love?

Good DD- girl taking our order very nice. They ran out of croissants on a sausage & egg– but no big deal it was still delicious on a bagel. Fast service fresh goods- exc decaf ice coffee

I don’t like leaving reviews like this, but when your lobby hours say 6am-2pm and at 6:15am doors are still locked, your employee sees you and does a hand gesture to do the drive thru when you don’t own a car, the door is only unlocked after you call the store at 6:18am, and then you have to sprint after your bus once you have your order, I’m not happy. I’ve been coming to this Dunkin on my way to work for awhile and some days service is great but today serious almost cost me getting to work.

This store is amazing I did a doordash order here and the manager called to inform me they were out of pumpkin donuts so instead he gave me 10 pumpkin munchkins instead of just refunding me. Lovely customer service and I definitely recommend this location to everyone

Businesses should still be answering their business phone line, and they dont, they let it ring and ring. Perfect example of the worst customer service.
>> Reality check, ppl still use phone calls in society to communicate! Why does this seem to be so hard for ppl?? Lets stop claiming that being ‘so busy’ warrants being essentially lazy. Many of us have worked many jobs where multitasking was a must and very possible with attentiveness and effort. I’ve ran franchises with lines out the door and still attended to every duty, including answer the business phone, so all this lazy new age workforce ‘I cant, theres no staff, theres too much to do’ excuses need to stop. Seriously, its a bad look for business and an extremely poor representation of what a real work ethic (which actually is worth earning the pay) is supposed to look like << If I have a question that I cannot find the answer to myself on their website, there should be an actual human being available to speak with before I decide if I want to drive all the way there and spend my money. Seeing as to how simply answering the phone seems to be outside of the capabilities of the staff, I wont be wasting my time with Dunkin. I remember now why I stopped going to Dunkin a long time ago, and why I shouldnt even have reconsidered - they suck.

We came in on our way to the hotel, and the gentleman who served us was very nice, responsible, and patient! The stock of donuts was great assuming it was 5pm!

Always get early snack from here before heading to work the girls working at that time are great they take my order with a smile and takes no longer than 5 minutes to get in and out
