We were in on a busy Friday morning, visiting from out of town. There were only 2 staff members working. The line was long l was about to tell my daughter we couldn’t have Dunkin, but she begged! The two staff members were incredibly efficient and most importantly kind they kept the line moving. Our order was ready quickly and was hot and fresh.

You have 4 people working the counter handling one order at a time and a line of 15 customers waiting. Doesn’t matter that the 4 people behind the woman ordering 3 dozen donuts only want a cup of hot coffee. Maybe a dedicated line to customers who want a plain coffee would be a good idea?

Thank you Dunkin’ 4th Street and owner, Amit, for providing breakfast items during my recent family reunion….went above and beyond to have our bulk coffee, donuts and rolls available each day when needed. The owner even came from another location to deliver to our hotel on the final day since the 4th Street property was closed…excellent service!

This was a nice clean cafe with cheap prices. Great for on the go snacking or having a relaxing time out. I tried the new Donut Fries which were a good snack with a light cinnamon sugar dusting;would like to have a frosting dip. Also tried the waffle batter chicken tenders, pretty good but not excellent, a mildly sweet crust. Would be better if there was a syrup dip. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Horrible . My husband was using the bathroom and the worker started banging on the door screaming at him saying get out right now !!!!!! You can’t use our bathroom !!!
Beware of this Dunkin they will literally chase you out of the bathroom , even as a paying customer .

Eh, it’s a Dunkin. Isn’t a whole lot to say. The restaurant is small, but staff were friendly. The guy working the register didn’t really seem like he knew what he was doing, and they forgot about half my order.
