Love Dunkin Donuts. Stopped for two Jelly Donuts. They were good but the sugar on the outside almost tasted like artificial sweetener. I’m sure it wasn’t but my friend also commented on it.

Second time at this location and it was good. The man that served me was polite and made my drink correctly. He also stirred in the mocha all of the way which doesn’t always happen at other DD locations. I have no complaints! It was a good experience, thanks!

I only wanted 6 glazed donuts they only had 4 and gave me to cake donuts as a replacement. The donuts were like yesterday’s. Not fresh, not even a little bit. It may have been the time of day that I was.there 4:30 pm but I expected a much better donut. I would of had to dunk them in coffee or milk to eat them. Maybe that is why the store is called Dunken Donuts. 4 stars for the lady at the window. She was very nice. O stars for quality of donuts.

I absolutely love Dunkin, and I go almost every day for the same drink. I have been to this location several times, and every time they have been very disappointing. I only go to this location when I’m in that area as there aren’t any other options nearby. Either the employee at the window is rude, service is very slow even though this store never appears to be busy, or the order is wrong in some way. The employees almost never seem to be concerned with quality of service or being polite. Only go to this location if you would like to experience disappointment.

Ordered 3 donuts and a 10 count of munchkins. They just threw the 10 donut holes down in the bag…what happened to the small containers for the munchkins? No one wants to receive their order like this.
Glazed donut tasted like dirty dish water.
Donut holes tasted like southern style corn bread. So confused. Will not be back.

Whoever took my drive thru order this morning around 10:20 was unnecessarily rude. They spoke over me explaining to me like I was stupid when I hadn’t even had the chance to say anything. As someone who has been in the service industry my entire career, I couldn’t imagine treating anyone like like that.
The person who actually gave me my items was quite sweet, but I didn’t catch her name.

Unfortunately very disappointed at 8:15a.m. Both the jelly and apple spice were yesterday’s donuts. The glazed could have been fresh, but has sat out too long. Not what one usually gets at Dunkin’. Service was friendly.

Not fresh at all, hash browns were super bad,cold and soggy, I ask for 12 donuts and I order them customized and they gave me what they wanted not what I ordered and super old donuts hard to bite

It depends who is there, some days are great and all orders are correct, some days they aren’t so great and orders get all messed up. Today I wanted a hot coffee mocha with cream and sugar. I had to wait for a new pot to brew (why they didn’t have one IDK) and never got the mocha part in the coffee. If I pay for a mocha, it should have SOME chocolate in it. Either that or they are getting cheap.

I’ve been to this location a couple of times and it’s been ok. I’m never super impressed by DD’S customer service, so I always go in with little expectations, but this location is fine. They get my order right and the coffee’s always delicious. They could use some customer service training but that’s could be useful at all locations.
