This is THE MOST organized, clean and courteous Dunkin Donuts. I can make this observation because I travel all of Virginia. The women at the drive thru window is exceptionally pleasant. Go out of your way if you have to. It’s worth it.

The afternoon service is getting worse. Today they put my matcha latte in an old coffee cup. It tasted like coffee and the cup had coffee on the lid. This is 3 weeks of messing up my orders and having a not my problem attitude.

Try to make coffee at home but I’m running behind for work this Dunks is FAST, friendly, and conveniently located. Definitely worth downloading the app as you can rack up free drinks pretty quick compared to other coffee chains in the immediate area.

Was very clean, and service was fast. Better to go inside rather than through the drive-thru if you’re there early in the morning, they have a long line. Of course the lot is very small so parking is difficult. I wish you luck, it’s a good Dunkin Donuts!

Your microphones can pick up more than you think. When I asked if you had White Chocolate Mochas I heard a male in the background joke “This isn’t Starbucks”. I’m well aware by the signage. I’m not satisfied with this level of customer service.

This is one good Dunkin. It’s a nice place to be, they do huge volume, and I’m digging the siding of the building. It looks nice, tastes nice and feels like the owner cares

I came in to this Dunkin’ donuts around like two in the afternoon. And I come in and no one greets me I see there’s a lady with headsets on helping someone at the drive-thru and this other Caucasian lady who she Hustler lady with the headset and then pulled out her phone and starts texting. Then I saw the manager come in and once again no one greeted me or anything or acknowledging me she comes in doesn’t say anything to the young lady that’s on her phone then finally I said oh can I have some help and the young lady with the headset on that was doing the drive-thru she came and helped me and not the girl with the phone in her hand that was standing there doing nothing. I work at the Dollar tree so I come into this particular Dunkin donuts you know time after time but it should be no reason why I had to stand there as long as I did without being acknowledged and especially with that young lady being on her phone like what was so important that you had to text someone while you were at work, and it was not like they were busy there was no one in this Dunkin’ donuts but me at the time. Please do better

Great staff,….even after when sitting eating,….staff leaving made sure I didn’t need anything. Food & coffee was grwta, too…..and great to have the non busy drove through.
