Stopped by for a quick desert reward and we went to the right spot. Plenty of inventory to choose from, clean interior, quick service, and it wasn’t too crowded inside. Drive thru seemed stacked but that’s to be expected.
Love being able to see the donuts being prepared in the back. And I didn’t realize there was shirts and other swag to buy. Kinda cool!

Fresh, hot, and fast! Went in today, mother’s Day; yes there was a line. Did not expect to be in and out as fast as I was. Every single employee was helping to streamline filling orders and getting orders to the customer as well as…. Making the donuts!
I would highly recommend this location to anyone that wants a fresh, hot donut as well as great customer service!!!! Thank you guys and gals keep up the great work!!!

I’ve been through the drive-thru probably once at this location. The ultimate Krispy Kreme donut experience is going inside to order one glazed donut. You get to watch this donut travel on a conveyor belt and get glazed and served to you hot! With a milk, it’s magical!

Maybe I’m just spoiled from local mom and pop donut shops, but it was $12 for a half dozen which is incredibly overpriced. Donuts were decent, service was rushed and rude considering I was the only person In the store. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I love Krispy Kreme and choose them over their competitors in the area as my favorite. I visited the only location in Virginia Beach on Sunday, May 22,2022 because I wanted to get one of their new cinnamon buns, only offered on Sundays, and I wanted to try the new honey pull apart. While I was there I also decided to grab a favorite of mine,a raspberry filled donut. The donuts have always been fresh and delicious any time I have visited my Krispy Kreme, and I have gone at all times, day and night, weekends and weekdays but this time the donuts were stale! It was like they were from the day before. The actual donut wasn’t soft and fresh Line normal, they were dry and the outer frosting/glaze was wet as if they were from the day before, again not fresh like normal. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to return to the store or I definitely would’ve gone back and complained and requested a refund. I attempted to submit an email through the app but never received a response. I’m not sure what was going on that day but it will be awhile before I crave Krispy Kreme again after receiving stale donuts.

The staff at this Krispy Kreme (KK) are always ready to serve and accommodate us when we have coupons and even when our coupon didn’t work one time when we stopped by. They took the time to enter it manually to make sure we got the discount!
I highly recommend this KK!

Krispy Kreme locations vary in how fresh their donuts when you purchase them, but this location always blows me away. Their original glazed donuts are always warm and melt in your mouth as if directly off the line.

I would have given 5 stars, but I ordered fresh/hot doughnuts (Hot & Fresh sign was lit) and received cold doughnuts that were likely made earlier in the morning. I didn’t open the box until I got to the car and the line was out the door, so didn’t feel like going back in. Still good doughnuts, but not a replacement for hot & fresh.
