Not sure why this location is still not open to the public when all other restaurants and coffee shops are open. I heard the owner is “cheap” and won’t even turn the AC on for the employees working inside. Today my co-worker and I walked over there hoping to go inside for some cool air and a cold coffee, had to walk through the drive though-such a strange experience. Hopefully the owner reads these comments and opens the store back up like all other businesses have!

First time there. Walking in. Only guest there. Very clean. Ordered breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese and turkey sausage on croissant. Awesome! Also tried the new brown sugar cold brew. Very good on a hot day! Service was excellent and speedy. Again I was the only one there but nonetheless. All around great experience. I will be back!

My coffees are never filled to the top. But other than that good drive thru coffee fix. Just seen pictures of bugs on the donuts so won’t be getting any donuts from there anymore

70% of the time that I go here, my order is wrong or they’re out of stuff already at 830 in the morning. The workers here have no personality and are typically rude. The girl with the ugly piercings in her lip is the worst. And how can you NOT offer pup cups? Are you all that lazy that you can’t put some whipped cream in a dish? Seriously. You all need to go through some customer service training.

This is THE ONLY Dunkin Donuts that I’ve been to that does not do pup cups for the customer’s dogs and I’ve been to quite a few over the years. I even offered to pay for it and they still refused! It’s literally just a bit of whipped cream in a tiny little sampler cup. Or a mini Dixie cup, whatever the itty bitty, baby plastic cups are called.
My poor, old dog was so happy when we pulled up to the drive thru because he knows that Dunkin means that he gets his favorite treat! He cried in excitement all the way up to the window and stared at the cashier with that anxious/excited look in his eyes until we started to pull away. The disappointment was unreal.
I’m sure this may not be a big deal to some but my dog has been my best friend for the entire 12 years that he’s been alive. The fact that they “don’t do pup cups” is absolutely enough to make me never bring my business back to this particular store again. I mean, honestly… I was at a different Dunkin about a month ago and while they did charge us $1 for his pup cup, they legit gave us a regular Small sized cup filled to the brim with whipped cream AND they even put 4 donut holes on top of it for him! This location wouldn’t even let me PAY THEM for a tiny, tiny cup with just a little bit of whipped cream in it.
Absolutely ridiculous. I seriously won’t ever come back here because of it lol ♀️

I was gonna give this location the benefit of the doubt, but I’m done after today. After countless messed up orders (all I ever usually get is a small frozen chocolate; although I ordered a bagel as well) it pains me to give them even 1 star. Today, there was a plastic lid blended in with my drink! I felt it in my mouth and immediately spat it out. Upon further inspection, there was a very large chunk of plastic settled in with hundreds of plastic chips. Pointless to drink. Will never be returning. I don’t even want a replacement at this point. Unreal.

If i could give ZERO stars i would. One employee telling us that they didn’t have the doughnuts so asked us what we wanted instead. We told her what we wanted and she kept on trying to force 50 doughnut holes when we said we wanted 10. Then proceeded to be rude and improper, when we said we want our money back told someone something else and started laughing when we told what really happened. She is a terrible worker and should do better at her job.

Went for pumpkin lattee which was on special for 3$. Screen wasnt allowing the discount price. Had to get help 3 times from bored looking and reluctant employees. Unimpressed by their attitudes. Other screen wasnt working at all.

Worst DD around. 3 days a week they are out of frozen coffee. And you never know until you are in the drive thru and then you still have to wait in line because you can’t back out. Maybe try hiring competent managers that know how to use a spreadsheet

Conveniently located across from Walmart but a little difficult to get into due to the tight parking situation and drive thru setup. I ended up parking and walking in, friendly service and they made my coffee correctly
