We ordered 2 iced coffees in drive thru. Service was quick and polite. The Coffee was made properly.
The $2 any size iced coffee happy hour has ended. They now offer $2 medium iced coffee when ordering thru the Duncan App.

Inside getting attention for help was a pain. Barely any English spoken, they just kept pointing to the self ordering screen. However the quality of coffee here is great.

If there was an option for no stars I would I watched a coworker wiper sweat with her bare hands and then grab our drinks that weren’t even made right and gave them to us I am very displeased with this facility and this ain’t my first issue with them other Dunkin’ Donuts in Rockford I have found flies in my drink and I have had drinks taste moldy I am done with Dunkin’ Donuts

This place just refused to give me a pup cup. I even offered to pay for an entire additional drink on top of my order to just be given whipped cream in a cup and they still refused. Pretty ridiculous.

Service was slow and employees where not taking orders.Door was lock at 5 pm even when the the website and door say 7:30. No one was even there and the lights where on.Bad overall location.

I just want to say that the cashier is really disrespectful. I told her to give me an order and she gives me a completely different one and then gets mad at me when I ask her kindly to give me my right order. She stuffed all the donuts I ordered in a bag and when I took them out, they were so messy. She was giving an attitude when I didn’t do anything bad to her.

No help inside, your on your own ordering. Very much disliked that.
Didn’t tell me when my order was ready. I happened to go up and walk by the counter.

The cashier at the window Literally yelled at me and made me cry because she gave me the complete opposite of what I asked for and I kindly told her it was wrong. Not to mention she didn’t even fix it she just poured my hot drink into a cold cup and put two ice cubes in it. I get it you don’t wanna be at work, nobody does, but chill it’s not that serious I promise queen.
