Dunkin coffee is great, large one with extra shot is just perfect, it’s almost 1 litre of coffee Only the drove through is open until around midday, no dining or ordering inside before around midday. Donuts are nothing to shout about, suprisingly! It’s all about the iced coffee here the 5 ⭐️’s is for the coffee

Service was fast … I wasn’t even there 3 min … People were friendly…. And the drink was made perfectly….. What else is there to say…. Cost wasn’t any more than McDonald’s mise well stop in and get something a little better the same price with better service .

I ordered a half dozen of chocolate covered long johns and instead of putting them in a box to prevent them from getting messed up, they just threw them all into a bag! Ruining all the donuts covering the bag in chocolate and making just a huge mess! Why they didn’t put it in a box, I just don’t understand. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I ordered a coffee and a sandwich, and both were good.

The manager and staff here are great. We had an order go wrong at another location that is currently under managememt reconstruction. There were just a few lost kids scrambling around the kitchen area, and the drinks tasted really bad and nothing like we ordered. Instead of returning to the same location, I called Dunkin Donuts on 11th street. They were super nice about everything, and made us delicious drinks! I rarely write reviews, but you all definitely deserve five stars! Thank you.

I always go to this Dunkin and when I can I always bring my pup with me and they unfortunately aren’t allowed to give out pup cups which is so sad because this is a very common thing at other places but shout out to the shift working on Sunday 8/28 around 1:30pm for making Duke’s day he was so happy to have a sweet little treat and that made my day so Thank you!!!

What I like about Dunkin.. The food is very filling. 1 breakfast sandwich and coffee satisfy my appetite. And I’m a 2nd. Shifter there’s not much open at 2 a.m. .

AWFUL service. I was given change for a $10 when I gave them a $20. I pointed it out immediately. The cashier said she couldn’t do anything about it. I would have to contact the manager Sierra after she viewed the video in a few days. Sierra is never there though. I called repeatedly. Never called me back. Then, finally, after almost two weeks they gave me a gift card for $10. Yeah! It was never the $10, but the principal of the thing. So the gift card makes it all better. Right? Nope. I go to use it for the first time. The manager has loaded no money on it. Unbelievable. Ripped off again. Please do not go there. I would leave zero stars if it were possible.

Absolutely worst service. I’m not joking when I say 50% of the time my coffee isn’t made correctly. I finally called back, and the lady told me there wasn’t a manager, wouldn’t give me her name, and then told me to show a receipt when they didn’t give me one. Then I told her that she didn’t give me one, and she said I should have asked for a receipt. Absolutely worst Dunkin Doughnuts. I almost drove back thru the drive thru just to throw my coffee thru the window.
