Haven’t been to a dunkin in a few years and their menu tripled in size. Didn’t see any donuts on their drive thru menus. Their sourdough breakfast is 650 calories. It’s very filling, but lacks flavor because there’s no seasoning or sauce. Their bagel bites are good, but there’s a lot of nothing in it. They also sell bacon as a side like French fries and they’re caramelized. Adding the side bacon to breakfast sandwiches is a good pro tip. A lot of drinks on the menu now.

The manager here and all the employees are so kind here. I appreciate their amazing customer service! The manager gave my fiancé a cup of milk on the house when they ran out of small milk cartons to purchase, which was very nice and extremely thoughtful! I hope more businesses can learn from this.

This used to be my favorite store as they always got my order perfect. The last 4 times in the past week I have visited my coffee order has been messed up. Not majorly just little things but enough that it has become beyond frustrating. I tried contacting the store and no one answers the phone.

If they had a zero star I would have given then the zero. Very bad service l. Charging 50 cents for a puppachini and a cup of water. The guy gave ne a puppy Chino in a medium size lid and when I asked him to hive in a paper cup not even a dunkin cup a paper cup, they said they don’t have it and was trying to charge me 50 cents. The lady sushila started yelling at me and I told her don’t you know how to talk to a costumer. I got me refund and not coming back to this dunkin again!

I ordered two iced matcha Lattes and they were half filled the rest was all foam. Not only that but the employee didn’t even put ice on them? Didn’t feel like throwing a fit so I left but I’m very unsatisfied with this.

Excellent bagel whole grain with perfect amount of cream cheese. Great tasting coffee to give me boost to stay alert to get home from late night at work.

My husband went through the drive-thru. Ordered me a coffee reading exactly what I text him. Of course they get it wrong adding wayyy more cream/sugar than what was ordered. I try calling them for a refund and of course they never answer.

So I got my coffee and it was leaking all over my car and the lid would not go on the cup and I got hot coffee all over my hand and interior of my car. I parked as soon as I got out of the drive thru and got out of my car and spilled the other half of my XL coffee all over the parking lot and marched into the store for them to give me another coffee and complain covered in coffee (as well as the interior of my car). They gave me a new coffee but only offered napkins to try and clean up like that’s going to help on sticky coffee. They didn’t even offer anything to apologize. We all know how much it cost to detail a car.
