We ordered cold brew coffee and refreshers from our app thinking that we ordered no ICE on our cold brew and when we came to pick up the coffee there’s ice on it and he ask if they can remove the ICE. Staff told him that it’ll be extra 1 dollar to have it remove and my husband agreed to it and after that the staff told my husband that he needs to talk to his manager about it first and then manager spoke to my husband it’s going to be the same and they can’t do that and he needs to purchase a new one if I want coffee with no ICE. My husband’s so disappointed because They ut a lot of ice on his coffee and barely enjoy his coffee and also for the fact that they don’t stick to what they said initially that they take out ice and add coffee for additional dollar. Bad customer service. thank you

I challenge you to find a better overall experience at DD than this location.
Drive through is always fast and friendly, food always great. Even if another DD is closer I’ll go out of my way to visit this location.

Usual efficient DD service and above average product. Didn’t catch the name of the young woman working in the late afternoon on 8/20 but she was very pleasant and provided a great experience.

Located close to downtown Naperville this location is conveniently located and has a really clean inside and has a decent amount of seating. The coffee was good and the donuts looked fresh and they had a good selection of donuts for you to choose from as well as specialty donuts and begals. The staff was friendly once they noticed me standing there for a few minutes but they got my order quickly after that. The parking lot is a good size for a dunkin donuts.

It is the first time I ordered a coffee in Dunkin Donuts and I get colored water, because my coffee does not taste like coffee, it tastes like hot water. I won’t recommend a coffee in this Dunkin. I hope they fix it. A coffee should taste like coffee. Att: A Colombian girl.

Terrible customer service. I used drive thru and ordered a bacon-cheese-egg bagel sandwich and drove home about 3 minutes. When I opened the bag (receipt said correct sandwich) it was cream cheese on bagel. Now I had to drive back to get correct sandwich. High school girl I guess was working counter and I said they gave me wrong sandwich. After a minute or 2 she gave me the correct sandwich. I asked what they were going to do for the error and my time. She had no idea – said you got a new sandwich. I asked about my time – frankly I would expect a business to apologize (I don’t recall that happening) and either credit the sale back or give a customer a free sandwich card or something. I know it’s only 5-6 minutes f time and only a $6 sandwich but it’s the attitude that disturbs me. A stocky Indian (?) man, who I assumed was the manager, didn’t offer anything. I asked what he was going to do – finally he said I can give you a bagel!! Still no sorry that I recall. I asked for Dunkin customer service number and he said he didn’t have I I could goggle it. Not acceptable!

I’ve never really been satisfied with this Dunkin’. The employees aren’t particularly respectful, and lack manners overall. The drinks are disappointing as well. Got a sweet tea and the syrup all sat at the bottom, meaning it wasn’t stirred and wasn’t added after the tea was poured (which is how it’s technically supposed to be).

Quick coffee run! Very friendly employees. The person in front of me had a larger order and the employee apologized for the delay. I wasn’t expecting an apology (nor did I deserve one) and that apology was enough to leave a positive review. Great customer service!
