I usually go to this Dunkin because of all the T-mobile Tuesday deals. Their donuts are not fresh-looking and always I could see flies around them. If I want good donuts, I would go elsewhere. Staff is okay nice. Parking is also at the back which I have to walk all the way around to get there. It’s inconvenient. If you want fresh and tasty donuts, go somewhere else. If you get T-Mobile Tuesday, then come here. You have no choice anyways.

Just swung in here before an infertility procedure. I was met with the kindest personality from a man whom I assume is the owner. I was so thankful for his kindness so early in the morning. The breakfast sandwich was also awesome! Thank you!

Inside is clean pleasantly served with taken orders drinks and donuts are good, outdoor has relaxed nature under a big porch with solid tables and seats.

Ordered a chocolate bar and donut to go. The chocolate bar donut was the driest and over cooked donut I’ve ever eaten. I think it was a few days old.

I like coming to this place for some donuts. They also sell hot food too. I had their bagel sausage sandwich and it tasted really good. The parking could be a problem but I usually have no problem finding a parking space on the street. Keep in mind the street parking is not free but it is not expensive at all.

I ordered everything bagel and cream cheese with coffee. When I came home with the order, found that there was barely any cream cheese in it. It was a great disappointment. I give two stars because they replaced the coffee ( premixed with cream and sugar) with black coffee and creamer on the side.

Supposed to b open at 4:30 it’s 6:04 they’re still closed! No one picks up phone either. I hear they do this all the time. (While waiting I spoke to 3 different frustrated ppl that couldn’t wait as they had to go to work.)
& When they R open, it’s always a long wait too for online orders.

This is the Pasadena location on Lake. My second time visiting and my second time spotting flies in the donuts fridge display. My kids ended up unhappy as they want donuts but I end up buying them refresher instead.

Worst service ever. The National Coffee Day made the staff unhappy. Lots of customers were complaining in the store but the staff just ignored and turned her back. Seems she doesn’t like the promotion of free coffee.
