Overall they are great. However depending on the employee the iced coffees can taste good or bitter. Donuts are always delicious for the most part. Also there hours say they close at 8pm, however if you go per say at 7:15 they won’t answer the drive thru and hide. So that’s annoying

I ordered 3 donuts for $4.82. There was no line and drive thru was not busy. I think there has been a owner change. Atmosphere is not the same. The person selling the donuts seemed a little pushy. It was a real creepy feeling.

Ok so, I accept that I just don’t particularly like the flavor Dunkin coffee offers. And that is ok, I’m s dutch girl. To each their own. But the guy working today deserves recognition. Didn’t catch his name, but he was so professional while being patient and understanding when my mini and I didn’t like the chai and he swapped the drink for us. Thanks dude.

It was my first time at this location and Angelica was a peach! I haven’t been to many Dunkin’s so I’m not well versed in the menu. The staff Answered my millions of questions and gave me genuine recommendations. I especially liked how Angelica could vouch for the quality of the food and the sourcing of the ingredients because it’s food that she eats herself. That really says something.
I’m cautious of blended coffee drinks now a days because they often taste like sugar masking bad coffee.But Dunkin’s new salted caramel blended coffee is a blend of warm tones and quality coffee! Yum

Worst customer service ever, 30 minutes late for a dozen donuts ordered via the app the day prior and pickup for an hour and half after the store open. On top of that I didn’t even get half the donuts I ordered they just substituted without telling me or at least asking what I would want since I was standing there waiting for an extra 30 minutes until they got my order ready. I even filled out the survey how was your experience and the customer service team that contacts you is lousy, they don’t even respond to emails, the local store called me and I was in a meeting and stepped out and asked if they would call me back in 20 minutes to where the gentleman on the other line said he would, well it’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting for their call back, I have even emailed back the customer service email with my case and no response. Taking my business elsewhere.

This location is horrible. They haven’t improved in two years. They need to retrain their staff or hire more staff members. The drinks are always wrong. I’ve gone back in multiple times to have a single drink made correctly. Waited for my drink to be correctly. It’s unfortunate, I always give this location another shot thinking customer service won’t be as bad. The service ends being garbage. Don’t waste your time here. I won’t be anymore.

I haven’t had the white filled donuts in a long time. I stopped in this morning to buy a dozen assorted donuts when I was told they have no donuts. No donut maker and don’t know when they will have donuts. So put a sign on the door. Don’t let me stand inline to get up to the counter to be told no donuts. Waste of my time. I have loved Dunkin since I can remember on the east coast. This is the biggest let down. Last time I stop here.

It appears that this location is under new management and is family run. The chocolate donuts have barely any frosting and today I ordered a raspberry filled which contained about 1 inch worth of filling. In my opinion it looks like they’re trying to save money by cutting back on quality. It’s worth the drive to go to Baker Ben’s in Roseville and avoid this location.

I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, especially in today’s world, but this location is horrible. I order from Dunkin 1-2x a week as a treat for my kids. I can tell you my order has NEVER fully been made correctly. They don’t read the receipt or the details on the receipt, they just give you whatever. I understand making mistakes here and there, but they really need to train their staff to pay attention to the order they are making!

This is probably the second best Dunkin here in Sacramento, drinks are normally pretty good but they have had their off days a few times. The best most consistent Dunkin I have been to around the Sac area is the one in Elk Grove by far.
