I really like this coffee shop! I have been here a few times now and it has a great vibe. The coffee is really good as they have selections from Central America, the prices are cheap, and the staff is super friendly! They also have sample packets of ground coffee for purchase or you can have them ground up some beans of your choice and get more to go. Definitely recommend this place!

Smells amazing in the store, full of coffee beans! Purchased a couple half pounds of whole beans for my cold brew, will try once home. Drove down on a day trip, very easy! Bought a small ice Cafe mocha, and it’s ok. Free hot coffee with purchase of beans – got Snickerdoodle which is ok. Will update review after try coffee beans.

If you are a coffee lover, the Charleston Coffee Exchange is for you! It’s a family owned business so you don’t get a “chain” vibe. You can get a cup to go or just take your cup, find a nice place to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. It’s a great place to meet a friend too. They have some baked goods and breakfast sandwiches. The staff is super friendly. There are also many coffee bean varieties that you can purchase and you can have them ground to however you brew at home. Their prices are very reasonable and the coffee is just delicious. My first cup was their signature Charleston Coffee and wow my taste buds were having a party!
This will now be my go to place for coffee.

Wonderful coffee and people. Great for wholesale coffee…we arrange an order for our church and get 5 lbs each time…fresh roasted. Folks have said, “Your coffee tastes like [major brand] should taste.”

We came in just around 9am and didn’t have to wait long for our order. Efficient service, good drinks. They have an amazing selection of coffee beans with great explanations of origin and flavors. We ordered a bacon/egg/cheese and sausage/egg/cheese croissants, and they were delicious.

Easily some of the best coffee in the area! They have a wide selection of flavors and their honey latte is fantastic. The staff is lovely as well and they’ve kept me coming back

We leased a condo on Folly Beach, the rental company offers a free trial bag of Charleston Coffee Exchange’s Charleston Blend. It was so good that we ran out to the coffee shop and bought several bags of their coffee to bring back to Michigan. Some of the best coffee that I have ever had. We will be back.

My favorite local neighborhood coffee store. The coffee is excellent and is no contest compared to chain stores. I love their variety of flavored coffees as well.

Good coffee, bad service. First visit was great. Second time was not good. I ordered four coffees and ended up getting five. When I questioned I was told it was what I ordered. Additionally, not any of the five coffees were correct. Apart from being incorrect the coffee here is very good.
