I love Tomato pesto grilled cheese sandwich but this is not it ! It was cold hard Ramiro chunks were humongous . I had to pull it out of sandwich .
This sandwich was not made with love !! I tried my best to eat because I was hungry … but no it was a hot mess !!
Someone in there does not know how to make the sandwich a couple days ago it was great . I had a issue with my card the young man was accommodating patient and remade my coffee so I said ahhhh lemme go back today for that comforting satisfying warm sandwich and coffee.!! What a disappointment ! Please do better … teal all employees to make food with the same consistency !!

One of our drinks was okay, but the second drink was absolutely disgusting. When I went to dump it out, I found a weird plastic piece inside of the drink (not a straw – see photos). Super dry and gross donuts too.
I highly recommend you avoid this location.

The drink was not made properly. It had a coffee tastes to it, the cashier wanted to argue that it didn’t have coffee in it. (Maybe they don’t rinse the tools between coffee and tea drinks?) I ordered an Large Iced Vanilla Chia. (Side note: Funny enough, the one time I did get this order correctly from this location was the one time they were out of coffee) I already had to repeat my order multiple times so it wasn’t looking good from the start. Asked for a refund but she still wanted to argue about no coffee in it, so I walked out. Either way, customer satisfaction would have been to just go ahead with the refund. The drink was gross point blank period.

My husband and I have ordered from this location before. But this time his coffee was someone else’s and it wasn’t completely full! All our food was soggy. Delivery was quick, and my husbands bagel just had cream cheese slapped in the middle of it. Bagel was burnt

I sat at the drive through for ten minutes without an answer. I was the only one there. I went inside thinking maybe it was broken. No the employees were in the back. I then heard as an employee threatened to throw coffee on the only other customer there, for giving an attitude about how long a basic order was taking. I then waited 15 minutes for 2 coffees to be made. While I was the only customer there.

Today was definitely a one star review. Love the app, loved the coffee, however the food was not desirable this morning. Hash browns were not fully cooked and the wrap well….the pic speaks for itself. If it wasn’t for me getting on the highway I would’ve turned around. Definitely not happy.

This is the third time in a row I have gone and gotten an iced coffee with cream and it’s been pretty much ALL cream. Extremely disappointed because I am 100% a Dunkin girl but will no longer be visiting this location due to the inconsistency.

Pulled up to get a coffee only to be told that Dunkin Donuts, a chain coffee house, does not have coffee because it’s 20 mins before closing. I’ve been to this location five minutes before closing and I’ve managed to get coffee so it was a case of pure laziness from the employee’s end.

Waited in line for 5 mins . 4 people passed and didn’t acknowledge or take my order. Kept their heads down like one wanted the other to take my order.

I was just there for a dozen donuts and the lady was telling me what they have left instead of asking what i would like and this is not the only time i have had same experience twice before!!
