Great staff. I just wish my coffee was a bit consent it’s still good but sometimes depending on who makes it does taste a bit different and I’d love see some of the old staff back. Everyone that works here are always very nice and hard workers. Thank you to the Dunkin team who always work hard and very nice.

I ordered through door dash, and ordered a glazed blueberry, two frosted chocolate, and two strawberry frosted sprinkled donuts. With a large hot chocolate, and a blue raspberry coolatta. We got 5 strawberry sprinkle donuts, and the glazed blueberry. The large hot chocolate had a whole in the cup, and the entire cup was empty in the bag that It came with. With the cup practically floating in the hot chocolate. Just wanting to be acknowledged with what happened. Because I’ll never order from that location in the future I’m afraid.

This Dunkin is the best place to grab a quick coffee in the area without having to venture onto the strip or downtown roads. Line moves pretty quick. Haven’t been inside in awhile but if memory serves correct, it stays pretty clean in there. How well your coffee is made is just up to what drugs your worker has taken that morning. But that’s the dice roll we play in Vestal.

Live about 10 minutes tops from this location and for some reason they can’t seem to handle more than one car in the drive thru at a time. I always order online from the app so I can quickly get my coffee and leave but it never happens that way. I once ordered a large cold brew with the usual ingredients inside and an extra shot of espresso and they handed me a large cup of cream instead? No coffee at all inside so I had to pull back and ask for 3 shots of espresso myself to add. The uncommon times they do make my coffee correctly though it’s not all terrible, but I still have to wait every time regardless so it’s usually watered down or cold anyways by then. UPDATE: went this morning at around 6AM (keep in mind they open at 5), and had already put in and paid for my mobile order. Get to the window and see a piece of paper just taped up saying they are opening late, even though it’s already over an hour past time? Some blonde girl got an attitude with me even though she was the one who immediately came off rude when I said nothing disrespectful to begin with. Just because you have a bad morning doesn’t mean you have to make everyone else miserable, I’m just trying to get my coffee I paid my money for.

After waiting 20 minutes in drive thru, I finally get to order (french vanilla coffee, a bagel with butter and grape jelly not toasted, and 2 jelly donuts). It was going to be a long trip from Knoxville to Louisiana. When I get to the window the employees are laughing about giving the customer in front of me the wrong drink. The girl looked out drive thru window laughed and said, “oh well he’s gone too bad”. I get my order skeptical if it was going to be right. Coffee was ok not bad. I go to get my bagel nothing on it. I thought maybe they put butter packs in the bag…nope. they did put jelly in that must have been too close to the heat because they were liquid like grape juice. The jelly donuts would be good right? No! They weren’t jelly donuts they were plain donuts. By this time I was back on the highway wasn’t going back, but really disappointed.

Workers not responding to drive thru and have the lobby door locked. No signs posted of any issues, but can see someone with the headset on standing around and talking. This has become a common occurrence at this location. Customer service is really bad.

Update: Gave it another try. Sad to say, no improvement. Still really poor service. Had to leave with no coffee.

I just waited for 45 mins for my food. It was just a sandwich and a coffee. Too long of a wait, should’ve driven somewhere else even tho I love dunkin

It’s usually on point. My daughter had a chocolate croissant thing that was delicious. I just wish that they wouldn’t serve cold hard donuts, ever. That’s not the norm and not at all what I would have desired but it’s what I got. And I was the only person in the Drive-Thru on a slow afternoon.
A chocolate glazed cake donut can’t be cold and hard. I don’t think there’s any donut that’s good cold and hard actually. I’ll probably have better luck next time. And there will be a next time. I love their chocolate covered cake donuts.

My six year old love donuts and we love stopping here after school. The staff is very patient and always kind! I would definitely recommend them.

Really fast & friendly but food not cooked. Neither our avocado TOAST or breakfast sandwich were warm, much less toasted. Still tasty but not what we were expecting.
