Ordered two bacon egg and cheese wraps and it was completely cold. I mean the eggs were still frozen. I had to reheat my food. I am disappointed by the lack of work that this Dunkin Donuts has given. This has happened before but I will not get into it at this time. Please start focusing on making the food better. Thanks!

OK I wrote a review earlier but I couldn’t think of the Jeremy‘s name in his name was James he’s a manager. basically I said I didn’t want the butter Pecan iced tea real strong because it makes me shaking I was wondering how I can get it long story short he offered me a couple options and the one was we were going to go half-and-half with the decaf and sure enough it was great and he even gave me it on the house that was so nice of him.. so again I want to correct because I was bad with names and I was just there today his name is James and he’s on Hardin Valley he’s a very nice person in general if you ever have any problems talk to James he’ll give you ideas and make your order the way you need it

This is the worse Dunkin Donuts I ever been, the service is awful and the people there have no ethic of customer service, they are rude and careless! I wish I can contact the owner of the franchise, people just come here because there’s no more option around.

Avoid this dunkin at all costs. Never in my life have I experienced such rude customer service. They got my order completely wrong and got an attitude with me about? When I told them it was wrong, they tried to fight me on it. I showed them the receipt and there was no apology after being rude to me or even a sense of accountability for their mistake. They remade me order and it was still wrong. At that point, I just accepted it and decided to never visit this location again. I’m honestly still in shock at how awful the customer service was. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I am currently a regular and this is the hands-down best Dunkin’ I have been to in all of Knoxville (and surrounding)! They always make my order correctly and I don’t have to compensate with extra add-ins in case they don’t. The employees who greet me at the drive-thru window are always very nice. I’ve never had a bad coffee from here and it doesn’t look like that will change. It’s always so good! Kudos to Hardin Valley Dunkin employees!

terrible experience, it took 30 minutes to get 2 drinks and a sandwich. They dropped our drink and were using very explicit language throughout our waiting time. We saw the bagel on the cutting board for 20 minutes of our waiting time. They were also out of stock of most donuts except glazed, and other basic donuts. When we got our food, they slammed the bag on the counter and didn’t even acknowledge us or apologize for the wait. avoid at all costs.

We have tried this Dunkin several times because we work in the area. This Dunkin on Hardin Valley is the absolute worse one we have ever been to!
We constantly get the wrong drinks and when our coffee is supposed to be hot we are lucky if it’s Luke warm. Tonight we had a few extra minutes so we went back in to get a fresh coffee since the one we got was again Luke warm. The manager argued with us that it was hot and it was because of the cream that made it cold. I’m sorry but we get our drink made the same everywhere we go and it’s always HOT everywhere else we go. We waiting while they brewed fresh coffee while the employee and manager complained and continued to argue about it.
Not going back! Done giving the benefit of the doubt.
FYI they also never have donuts and if they do they are stale and nasty as all get out

Sunday may 29th 10.40 am doughnuts fresh but service not very good.. when I came up to the counter the little chubby girl with glasses was taking my order , I asked her if she could stand to side so I could choose what I wanted..she never did..she looked as if she wasn’t happy to be there.
Then waiting on my coffee ☕️ they never told me it was ready, just sat it on counter at end with other orders.. just a thought

The lady that works the drive thru often is so rude. Also, my order is always inconsistent from what I get from other Dunkin’ Donuts locations. This time, they gave me some fruity tea in my pumpkin cream cold brew instead of coffee somehow?

Updated: decent place. The girls that work up there get your coffee out quick. Food needs a warmer to keep warm before pickup, but they have really improved in the past year.
