I go here at least 3-4 times a WEEK because it’s the closest location to me and every time I do I’m hoping that they’ll actually make my order right!
My Coffee either tastes like pure sugar or coffee water THERE’s no in between!
I usually get a black pepper bacon croissant as well and the cheese is never melted, and or the bacon is cold!
( not going back after today)

They are so fast. They usually have the sandwich done by the time I get to the window and they even brewed some fresh dark roast for me. I usually come through real early on Sunday mornings. Thanks

OK so I have a really bad problem with the Dunkin’ donut on merchant drive they are very, very rude their drinks Cappuccino, hot chocolate, mocha, etc. Do not taste the same as the other Dunkin’ donuts exact same drink taste!!! I did a test on that location and Broadway location. Merchants drive was very dark and tasted burnt then I go over on Broadway and there was a light colored And it tasted so much better I honestly believe if you would do this same test you’d understand what I mean, I got a large Carmel frozen coffee, first they made me a new one,I complained about it,the second was no better so I took it and left I wasn’t going no where important so I went to Dunkin donut on Broadway right then, I ordered the exact same thing,when she handed it to me out the window I showed her the other one I had (see through cup) it was very dark! Then I tasted of it and I was in heaven like I normally was when I buy and drink them! Money is very hard these day’s Merchants Drive needs to be retrained or everyone fired and rehire they acted like children that was there to play and get paid thank you

Ughh… this location is always struggling. It’s such a convenient location, but it’s not worth the money. They are always understaffed, the drink is habitually made wrong, the wait is long, they leave out an item… every time! I even use the app to order ahead and it’s still not ready and still wrong. After this last visit, I’ve given up. It’s not worth the hassle.

I honestly wish I could give this location a negative five star. I sadly have to order online from this location almost every morning if I’m in a hurry, otherwise I’d definitely go to a different location. It NEVER fails with this location they never put enough flavor in my ice coffee or they add WAY too much. They also never give enough ice in my coffee. Today they didn’t even send my coffee. This is the worse store ever. I have even got ice coffee here a few times and it was literally water, ice and flavor no coffee what so ever. They should just close this location or get better help. It also NEVER fails if I order 5 large drinks they NEVER put straws in the bag and the few times they have they sent one small straw for a LARGE drinks smh… Then I called and told the so called MANAGER about it and must thought it was funny and cussed me out. WOW that’s how MANAGEMENT does? Update July 23, 2022 again ordered 4 large drinks and not ONE STRAW. Really?

Out of all the Dunkin’ Donuts this one seems to be the best one in Knoxville, I asked Brandy for a special request and got her to make a bacon egg and cheese donut sandwich and she was very sweet and professional, thank you all for running a great Dunkin’ Donuts! It’s very convenient to have a cheat snack or meal when it’s walking distance from the gym a.k.a. club4 fitness

Aaron is a really great worker. He’s always in a great mood and friendly. I Use to go to Dunkin regularly and stopped going because the staff before him continuously got my order wrong. He remembers my order every time and always makes it perfectly. Him and John are really great and deserve some recognition. I definitely prefer this location!

I went to the fountain city dunkin and they got my drink wrong. I didn’t notice until I was on the interstate and didn’t want to go back so I just got off at western ave and decided to just order a new drink. I went through the drive thru and explained my situation, and the person working remade my drink the correct way and gave it to me free of charge. It was so helpful and it really made my day!

Order was placed thru Doordash for delivery around 9 PM. Unfortunately, the Dasher had to wait a considerable time before the order was ready. When she finally obtained it she delivered quickly (we live less the 2 mile from this business) and efficiently. Sadly, when we openned the parcel the smell of burnt food greeted our noses. Many of the items purchased were so badly charred that they were totally and completely inedible. But the worst issues with this order was the donuts we purchased. Instead of receiving the variety dozen that I specifically indicated, they sent 8 powdered donuts and 4 crullers, even though I didn’t request these donuts at all.
Basically, this was the worst food I’ve had ever!

I come to this Dunkin’ at least three times a week. The morning staff is always absolutely amazing no matter how busy it is. A lot of this reviews are about understaffing, and as someone who works in fast food, it’s not so easy to just restaff. The staff is always in good spirits and does there best to get things out in a timely manner. People complaining about understaffing obviously don’t work in fast food in this day and age. It’s not easy, and we don’t like being understaffed either.
