Worst service for DD ever. I’ve been in many states and gone to DD in several of them. The staff does what they want, they don’t fill orders in order. And the manager is unapologetic and makes excuses. I have gone in the store several times and my order says it’s ready and it’s not. I watch them fill orders after mine. Said something to manager and she made excuses. It’s unprofessional and she really should be retrained. Would recommend skipping this DD.

I so badly want to like this Dunkin’ because it is close to my house and convenient to stop by on the way to work. I have gone a couple of times. Their coffee is good but the food and donuts are consistently TERRIBLE. Today I ordered the veggie egg bites and when the employee handed them to me they smelled like burnt paper. I took a bite a few minutes later and immediately gagged- the flavor was awful and they were COLD. This will be my last time paying $5 for undercooked frozen food

Friendliest Dunkin’ I have ever visited. Staff just continued to check on me until my order was complete. My oldest daughter enjoyed her first iced coffee at this location.

I went in and ordered a coffee, munchkins, and a croissant. I never recieved my crossant, my munchkins were old and stale when i bot into them and my coffee was incorrect. Im so disappointed. I tried to call the store and No one answered the phone. I woll not be back to this store. Should of went to Starbucks.

Caramel Craze is absolutely amazing! And let’s not forget the bacon as a great protein start for your day also be sure to have that app ready to score some awesome points towards a free drink!!! Yes, and did I mention you get a free drink on your BIRTHDAY OH and for all those Starbucks Lovers…..like I used to be! Once you try you might not go back!!!! My family and I came here and got the same drinks we always buy at other Dunkin locations. My dad’s and mine were undrinkable. Mine tasted like pure sugar, I don’t even think there was any coffee in it. And my father’s tasted like it was old. I love Dunkin normally, they’re way more affordable than other brands. This was just a disappointment.

service is never great and when we went 3 days ago all the food in our order looked pretty much like this. it’s supposed to be cheese. my friend said even the espresso in her drink tasted burnt.

I loved stopping after work for a ice.coffee for the ride home , I get the same everytime , they are never consistent, last couple time s they complain at the window they are short staffed , so is everybody else child …..so is everybody else
