This place is greatly understaffed. I have placed an online order about 10 minutes before I got there and it still wasn’t ready when I arrived. It was just 2 coffee muffins and apple juice. Instead of getting coffee muffins, I received some corn muffins.
This is not 1st time that it takes extremely long for simple orders. Please hire more people!!

I went through the drive through today and asked for a ice vanilla latte and she said pull up to the first window and there wasn’t anyone there. This is the worst latte I’ve ever had there is no vanilla in here and there’s barley any oat milk. I will not be coming back here again.

Went in to get one single donut for my four year old son. The manager stated we had to order on the kiosk. I stated that the kiosk does not work. She replies someone broke it? I stated I have no idea but we only need one single donut. She stated she was too busy to sell my son one donut and that we would have to come back when the kiosk was working. Pathetic

Manager did nothing to make sure my experience went well. Super big disappointment as I have worked in the service industry and I’ve received far better service from far better establishments. Won’t come back.

That egg and bacon bagel is amazing, the sweet tea when not made in the same as the coffee, right after the coffee, which seems to have only happened once is also amazing on a hot day. Or a cold day! We’re southern we love sweet tea.

I have made three attempts to get the order that I ask for. One bacon wrap with cheese. On two precious occasions I received bacon, egg, cheese. I ask for no egg each time. This morning I tried again. Failure. I received a rude response from the person taking the order and received one bacon egg wrap with no cheese. No egg. Should be simple. Apparently not. One mile from work and I wont be going back. It should be simple but it isn’t.

America Runs on Dunkin. This place is beautiful. Great staff and I love Dunkin donuts. This is my new favorite place to get coffee.

Donuts were cold. Tasted old. Like they came out of the freezer and weren’t quite room temperature yet. Not busy and staff not helpful. Will not go back. Save yourself and pick another store.

I come here every other day for a large iced coffee with cream and sugar and never had any issues until today. When I got to the window my order was wrong… then some lady came to the window and just stared at me like it was my fault… another lady handed me what looked like a cup of sugar milk. I asked her to remake it and it was not good. Taste like straight sugar water. Don’t think I’ll be using this location again.

The store is slow as hell. They can’t keep employees and the manager lady is rude and unprofessional. I’m not coming back to this location.
