Always a pleasure to pull up every morning to get coffee for my wife and myself and leave in a better mood most of the time. Always great attitudes and great service. Familiarity breeds contempt though. I am tired of the damaged cups being dealt out. If the cup is any kind of damaged it should not be given to any customer, especially when it contains scolding hot coffee.

I went to the North Augusta location yesterday because I was on the way to Columbia, and it was so good, I felt it needed a Google review! My large vanilla iced coffee was just right. Every thing was balanced, from the sugar, cream, to the coffee whoever put it together did an excellent job! Best one I’ve had in a while, makes me wish there was a Dunkins closer to home, instead I have to settle with McDonald’s iced coffee. Anyways, I also had the avocado toast and bacon and both were on point as well. The toast was perfectly toasted to a crunch, with just the right amount of avocado spread. The bacon was cooked just to a crisp, with that nice sweet glaze they use. It was a great start to my day, thank you Dunkins staff for the delicious food and coffee yesterday, PLEASE don’t change because good food places are hard to find nowadays!

Not a coffee drinker, but did grab breakfast and a snack here. They could benefit from not microwaving every item on the menu or seems. You can tell the croissants are frozen, as are the eggs and maybe even the bacon(if not frozen them pre-cooked). Biting into an ice cold section of egg isn’t a great morning experience. The donuts seem to have an odd texture that you you can tell they weren’t recently made. Personally I’d regimen recommend grabbing breakfast from Bojangles next door and maybe go looking for a donut at one of the local bakeries in town or maybe even one from the gas station. But maybe the coffee is good? Otherwise the location is clean and staff seem friendly and helpful.

Easily the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to, and it’s unfortunate because it’s the only one in my area. They are always extremely slow and out of ingredients. I try to avoid the long lines by placing mobile orders; however, on numerous occasions their doors are locked and will not allow you to pick up your order. Today upon finding locked doors, I was told to just wait in the drive thru. Thus, defeating the purpose of the mobile walk-in order. Luckily, customer service was able refund my order through the app.

The drinks are always great & you receive the drinks with a smile, but the time you wait in the line is awful. I placed a mobile order at 10:52 right outside of the Dunkin & didn’t get to the window with the order until 11:17. Needless to say, if you’re in a rush this isn’t the Dunkin to stop at.

I ordered on my app as a walk-in. When I got there they gave me my order and I realized I was missing part of it, when I told them, I was told they have no donuts today. I said ok well, is my card going to be charged? To which I was told yes and to hold on. While holding I saw a car in the drive thru receive 2 glazed donuts, no big deal but I was told they had none. The girl I was waiting on had gone down to see and talk to what I can only assume was a friend/family member as they were standing there talking/giggling. She then comes back, tells me to bring my card inside and she’ll see about doing a refund. At this point I had been standing there for 15 minutes, I had my dog in the car that was running, and was now running behind. I told her to forget about it as I now do not have time to go outside, get my card, come back inside, and all on the pretense of maybe getting a refund. I’m usually a very happy Dunkin customer but today I was very discouraged.

What happened DD? Dunkin? There used to be SUPER friendly staff and a streamlined operation here. The last couple of times I’ve stopped by, they’ve been out of a lot of stuff, despite it being early afternoon, and the employees just don’t have that “pow” they used to. Sad.
