I only like Dunkin Donuts coffee when I drink coffee but the past several times I have gone their drinks have been inconsistent. I always get a large cold brew iced coffee with 3 caramel and 3 creams. I just don’t understand how I can get the same thing every day but it never taste the same. Still love it, ill still drink it. But it just makes me sad.

One of my favorite DD’s. I ordered my drink wrong at the drive thru.. I went in and while I advised I ordered wrong they made the right coffee..offered me to keep both but I gave wrong drink back.
Always happy with this store.

I wouldn’t go to this store! I was just there and ordered a Matcha Latte the guy proceeded to argue about how it’s made because he wanted to dump coffee in and add Macha mix and said that’s how they made it and would not remake it the right way and even said he wouldn’t give me a reimbursement because it was my fault I didn’t know it was made with coffee but nope wrong way buddy! Reach out to corporate they just said oh we’re so sorry we hope you still like Dunkin. Nope never again went straight to Starbucks got it made the right way so I guess we won’t be going back to Dunkin’ Donuts but especially this location! Poor service

Do not order here I ordered water with my meal and there was mold and god knows what else floating in the cup thankfully I looked before I drank it
