The most unorganized Dunkin i’ve ever been to. Everyone was running around like chickens with their heads cut off and nobody knew what they were doing. Took me 20 minutes for someone to hand me a crossaint before I asked for it. My crossaint was SO DRY.

I order from this Dunkin’s every day. Its hit or miss on the quality of service you will receive. If the young people are running the show your service wont be that great. I constantly have to wait for my order if the young people are there without the manager around. I order from my home, which is 15 minutes away. I wait for a few minutes once I order and then head that way. Sometimes my order is ready ( small hot coffee) and sometimes I have to ask for it. Overall, the quality of product is good just the service is poor

0/10 would not recommend. Manager has a bad attitude. Nobody wears a hair net and so I found a long curly hair in my hashbrowns. Hot sandwich was cold. Drink was wrong and so it was remade, but only after I reminded them I was waiting for about 10 mins for the remake and wondered if it was being worked on yet. It wasn’t packed or super busy… there was just zero communication between staff.
I would rather go to 711 than go here again.

This Dunkin’ was dealing with new staff, so I will cut them some slack for the slower than normal service time. I must commend the associate who was taking coffee/drink pre-orders from customers while they were waiting to have the orders cashiered by the trainee. This employee’s quick thinking saved their service-level.

We went for the new pesto tomato sandwich. The youth sourdough bread. It was so small it wasn’t funny, asked for a decaf coffee. Got regular instead. They did correct the coffee. The sandwich wasn’t all that good

we had a big order but they were able to finish making it very quickly. the staff were all really nice and even funny 🙂 would return again

We placed a mobile order and when we arrived the place was in chaos. They were no longer making any hot food. When we asked about our order we were told they are not able to make any expresso drinks for the next two weeks because their machine was out. When I asked how I could get reimbursed I was told I needed to contact customer service. I am still waiting for any type of reimbursement.

Understaffed and out of almost everything. Every coffee, bread and donut we ordered was not available so we had to order 2nd or 3rd choices. Service was nice though.

Absolutely horrible service. Employees constantly talking and laughing while customer is trying to order. You basically have to wait for them to stop to be able to continue with the order. No respect. Your lucky if you get it right.
