Never had a problem with Duncan coffee before it was my favorite coffee to get every weekend morning. I ordered coffee from this particular one and another in Montclair the next week and it messed me up bad both times. I haven’t gotten coffee here for awhile until recently, I wanted to give it another try and I was fine this time. So I figured that they used whole milk instead of creamer like half and half. So make sure if you’re lactose intolerant in any way that you make sure to ask for half and half or almond milk or whatever you like, they might just put whole milk in it if your not specific.

Not a spot i would recommend if you’re interested in trying for the first time. The coffee is cheap but so is the quality, the donuts are also highly overrated as well. Much better off checking out any of the many local donut shops around here. And if you are looking for quick coffee Coffee Bean is a million times better.

Upon pulling up at the drive thru I had to wait 10 minutes before being asked what I wanted to order. When I drive around there was one car at the window still waiting. Getting my donut holes and coffee the young man with dreadlocks had this weird (up to no good smile) look on his face. I hope I’m wrong, but I had a bad feeling. Driving home I took a drink and the coffee was rancid and the donuts were disgustingly soggy. I almost went back, but said a prayer instead. I hope the owner reads this review and at minimum looks into what is going on.

I went to this location just this morning to get some snackin bacon it’s my favorite item. When I got there I saw a paper on the drive thru of what they were out of or low on and the bacon was NOT one of them. I proceeded to order and they told me they were all out. I said it was a little early for that and I got a rude reply of how it’s a breakfast item and they have to wait 45 min for it to cool down. The snackin bacon is not listed as a breakfast item on the menu it’s considered a snack. So your telling me your going to be out of bacon for the rest of the day when you close at 9PM. I can understand if it were due to supply shortages or on their list but it was not. The employees here also think of their customers as an inconvenience and are very rude to customers. This is not the first time I have witnessed them be rude or have had rude interactions with them. They need to train staff better and make changes to the menu as needed. I really hope they get it together because I like to frequent this location but not if I’m going to be met with bad customer service every time.

When was the last time YOU stopped in to Dunkin Donuts in Rancho Cucamonga,California ? Well I did and im glad I did! Great fresh donuts-had a jelly and a cruellar-great! And its summer,its hot! So whats better on a hot summer day than an iced coffee-and let me tell you this is Dunkin fresh brewed for iced coffee coffee and it was awesome!
Great friendly service( really covid safe service-masks,gloves,distancing,etc.) and they have a drive through for convenience-great Dunkin Donuts experience.

Got my order wrong and the person at drive-thru orders wrong. They parked and came in the store to let them know. Bunch of kids working, if you could call it that. Employees Playing around, dirty floor, stale donuts, no manager in charge. “DO YOURSELF A FAVOR” “DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION.

New place in Rancho to get donuts free WiFi, free refills on coffee, and a nice clean place to chillax at a good location. Plenty of plugins at the ready. There’s only one bathroom, but it’s not that big of a deal for to the number of seats.
The donuts were good of course, as was the coffee, but I can’t yet speak for the croissant or bagel sandwiches as I haven’t yet had one.
The staff is still learning a few things as it’s a brand new store, so I don’t hold it against them. I’ve been several times and everyone has always been very respectful and kind. I’ll be hitting this spot up frequently.

So I was craving for Dunkin Donuts’ bavarian creme and when I look at Google Maps – there, I find a Dunkin Donuts in my area, haha. I went there since it says they are open , although, the grand opening is not until Sep 8. Sadly, they ran out of bavarian creme so I just settled with the munchkins. Good coffee, good ambience, they have outlets for computers. Sounds good to me.
