I was rushed to make my choices as cashier lady said there was someone who has been waiting a while that was behind me (customer walked in right after I did). I probably took a total of 3 minutes of cashiers time, and she was making it seem like I’d been there for 10 minutes. I ordered a coffee, 2 croissants (warmed up), 2 old fashioned donuts and a chocolate milk. I think 3 minute order and out time is reasonable and not ‘too long’ of an order time. Last time I will be going here. There is another donut shop down the street off Arrow that has NEVER given attitude.

If I could leave negative stars for this place I would! I have had nothing but issues with them and I would much rather take my business to Christy’s donuts in upland than walk next door from my home to give Miss donuts any more of my business. My transaction was totaling $7.60 here and they informed me card transactions would add $0.50 to the total. No big deal. Total was now $8.10 which I had available on my account. But my card was declined. Twice. I called my bank and they informed me the transaction at Miss Donuts was actually showing up as $9.72. They emailed me the proof and I called Miss Donuts back because charging the customer more than what they say the total was is illegal. But instead of letting me speak they chose to keep interrupting me and wouldn’t let me get a word in. Talk about customer service. This isnt the first negative experience here and I intend to file with the BBB.

Donuts were yummy and the staff was nice. There was a customer in front of me that was short a dollar and they were very generous about it which was nice to see. Overall nice people and great experience.

This place was amazing until the change of owners. Rude new owners, hair in my donuts MULTIPLE times, they love to put their own race before everyone else. It’s gone downhill and need to be another shift.
