Just the best Dunkin (Tradition, FL) I’ve been to and I’ve been to a LOT of them. My order is ALWAYS right and ready when I get there. My cappuccino is always consistent which is awesome. (My former regular store the cap was always different sometimes good sometimes not good and sometimes awful!)
This is a little out of my way but WELL worth it. The manager Anna is the best and trains her people to be efficient and friendly.

This dunkin ALWAYS messes my order up. They put it on the screen correctly, but when I get my drinks the stickers NEVER say what was on the screen. I ask for 4 pumps of caramel and they never put it in my drink and argue with me that they did and refuse to remake it. This dunkin needs an entirely new crew who can listen and read. I’ve been here 4 times in total, all 4 times my drinks are messed up. I called the number the first time and talked to the owner, now the number is disconnected.

This location used to be good, but has now become the typical Dunkin Donuts. The staff is rude. They handed me the wrong order and when I politely said it wasn’t my order the lady at the window had a whole fit about how she hated working at the window as if it was somehow my fault that she handed me the wrong items. As usual, DD continues to disappoint with the lack of customer service. This is the last time I will be wasting my money here.

First time in today and my coffee was perfect! Thank you! And it was at 3:30 p.m. when other Dinkins have given up lol.. I will gladly drive a little further to this location. Super friendly service and a very tidy store. Will be back for sure!

Asked for no ice in a large coffee and literally got my cup half way full. I have seen other locations give a little less coffee when I ask for no ice but half a cup? Absolutely ridiculous. So disappointing as this is the newer location by my house but guess I won’t be going here anymore.

Like most, the dumbest of our society works there. Drive through wait time is now over 5 minutes per car, & it’s always backed up

Got our drinks wrong the first time, the coffee was water down, too much ice and it doesn’t have enough flavor. The donuts were also soggy . It seemed like they didn’t know what they’re doing :/
