Low staff long waits poor employees gotta handle a whole crowd for hours at a time. They need a raise honestly. I guess management don’t care smh. I would’ve given it three stars but the employees were so nice I had to give them five.

Only reason it’s 4 stars and not 1 is because of the one true hero of this place Juan . I understand that the team is busy working the front counter and the drive window, having worked in the food industry i understand it’s a thankless and difficult job. That being said I waited 35 minutes for a box of Joe six donuts and an iced tea and the only one that was working the front was Juan. He at one point even asked for help because he was getting overwhelmed and I heard one of the girls say basically it’s not my job. There were about five people working in the back laughing it up and joking around with almost nothing to do and poor Juan is working on the front by himself without a complaint and still with a nice attitude. This man obviously deserves a raise and if that place actually has a manager he or she needs to recognize the talent and trim the fat. Juan if you ever read this thank you again for doing what you do I hope that they take care of you or that you find something better where your hard work is recognized and rewarded.

Sigh… Starbucks would never do me like this. And when I pointed it to the barista she turned and said to her coworkers, “guys fill the drinks all the way they’re complaining” and offered me nothing.

Diana very rude , at the window waited 10 mins for my order decided to ask how long more and she said really you can leave or go to star bucks . I ask what am I waiting on she said they is on line order before me . She is definitely di not know how to treat customers, she should me more like the cleaner . I love going there but after her behavior I will definitely go to star bucks as she advised. Please the owner look into the way she treat customers.

Very slow. This is close to my house so I got relatively often. They mess up my order semi regularly. Another one has opened about the same distance from me so probably being going there more.

This is the SLOWEST Dunkin Donuts everrrrr! I have never been to a Dunkin Donuts that has been so slow EVERY SINGLE DAY! The employees do not care to be there AND IT SHOWS. They walk around slow as hell and almost purposely. Don’t bother with the drive thru unless you are ready for a 20 minute wait, going inside is no better. Best advice I could give is order online. I’ll give 2 stars because the Spanish lady at the window is nice.

This location is literally horrible. Went this morning because of their bagel bites and I should’ve just gone to Starbucks. My tickets say Diana took my order and wow being an HR Professional myself I can’t fathom having an employee like that taking someone’s order. They need some serious customer service training. It was only 8:15am and she had a bad attitude, if you’re having a bad day leave it at the door. Claimed I asked for an iced latte when she never even asked and a latte typically is hot unless you ask for it iced. Before I could even finish my order she kept saying to pull forward. Honestly would give this location no stars if possible. The GM really needs to see how bad customer service is here, if the employees don’t have a bad attitude they mess up your order from my experiences now with this location.

How is this location only staffed with 3 people in the morning rush. Just spent 30 min in the drive thru with only a couple of cars. Then when I got to the window they ignored the window for 5 mins. Only had the coffee ready. Got food and it was burnt and wrong. A plain bagel has nothing on it. Not even close to an everything bagel I got.

Drive thru had a long line. This place close early Monday-Saturday. At this writing gas was under $5 per gallon

Do not go by this location if you’re an early morning worker! They do not have their stuff together! Most of the time they can’t open because someone did not show up, When they do open, they get there late, and do not have any food items to serve the early morning workers! Worst Dunkin EVER!
