I don’t drink coffee much but this location at 182 Saw Mill River Rd in Elmsford never disappoints no matter who makes my iced coffee. The ones in Yonkers screw it up from time to time and I can say I only drink iced coffee a few times a year. I order a large cold brew with coconut and caramel with 2 cream and 2 sugar. It’s the same as the girlscout one they never have. Yummm!

Best Dunkin in yonkers they always have those cool variety of donuts not like the other Dunkin’s that run out of donuts … how could a donut shop run out of donuts ….the employees are Super friendly

All the staff are amazing, I visit at least 4 times a week and I am never disappointed. Everything is fresh and my coffee is always phenomenal and gets me through my longgg day. Kayla and the two young men that work mornings always go above and beyond and make sure the lines are moving swiftly and efficiently. I appreciate you all and your hard work! Thanks you a million!! 5 years ago I gave this place 5 stars. Today its one. The owner needs to teach Edgar #199974 some customer service. The least he can do is greet the customers. Common sense

The workers here are rude and unprofessional. I had an incident where my coffee spilled due to the protective window they have in place where you pick up your mobile orders. All they said was “mop” and they proceed to keep doing what they were doing without even acknowledging me or asking me if I wanted another drink…they kept having a conversation amongst themselves regarding how many times they require the mop. Even after I said “excuse me” they ignored me and kept talking and doing whatever else. I will never order from this Dunkin again.

Great cappuccino. However the young lady working alone during a rush, while a manager reluctantly helps her out not so great. The employee did a great job given the pressure of the long line behind and in front of me. Maybe they were under staffed that day who knows.

Lovely staff! Low wait times, however they do have a capacity of 4 guests for covid at the moment. They’ve got a parking lot, no drive thru. Selection of food items is typical for a dunkin and tend to have items in stock. Cleanliness is a 4/5 and service is also 4/5. Wait times can be slow due to small staff however, no fault of the employees rather the employers I’d say. All in all, a good experience.
