First time here. We were on a road trip.
I loved this Dunkin. Different than in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania area.
It’s big, plenty of sitting options: at table, on soft arm chairs or bar stools.
There are bathrooms, were clean we used.
Plenty of parking.
Staff was friendly and nice.
Coffee tasted the way we like (not too strong and nor too weak).
AC was working.

I came in today to get a drink for my mother and I and there was almost no line when we arrived. We received our coffee and donut in a timely manner but it was off in taste. The iced coffee tasted oddly burnt which was really unpleasant. One of the employees made it right and replaced our drinks quickly! My main quarrel was with the infernal stink in the restrooms. It burned my nose walking in there, an air freshener might be a great investment.

The quality of the service depends on the staff present. One visit there were two people present and they were professional and prepared my items to a great standard.
Next visit, the workers were not on the same page communication wise and seemed to be impatient with one another. My items were not prepared properly and items were not included in my order.
Another visit, I walk into noise and I was thinking two customers were in disagreement about something because the tone of the voices were clearly abusive in nature.
The noise was actually two workers highly annoyed with each other and having it out with one another. They were unprofessional and could care less if customers were present. It was embarrassing to watch them go back and forth exchanging horrible words. I left out.
The last time I visited, I walked in the lobby and no worker was present at all. I called out several times for assistance and looked around. No one. 1 min goes by. No one. 2 min goes by. No one. 3 min goes by. No one. 4 min goes by. No one. No sound or nothing anywhere. I was like who would leave the lobby open unattended.

This location sucks it’s horrible!!!! Someone needs to shut this establishment down I bought sourdough tomato presto sandwich my tomatoes was frozen and my bread was cold!!! furthermore my iced coffee was bitter and very strong ♀️ when I ordered it extra sweet

The girl working the window this morning at 10:20 was very unprofessional. I ordered 2 iced drinks. When placing the order I had to repeat iced 3 times and the sizes. They still got my order wrong. Honestly it wasn’t a big deal. They replaced the wrong drink with the correct order and I paid. Then the girl at the window stated that I told her hot and she wanted to point it out that I originally got what I ordered. This was completely false! I literally said it 3 times!! I didn’t care that the drink she made us was wrong but I do care that she was having a bad enough day that she wanted to interrupt mine also!! I hope she had a wonderful day and want to let her know you only get back what you ultimately deserve. When you treat people disrespectfully and try to make points that are untrue it always come back. Karma!

Never have I ever felt the need to share a bad service day, I’ve worked it so I get it. BUT I come every day sometimes twice a day and I’ve never onece had an issue BUT today’s was horrible. Also no cars ahead of me and 1 behind me. So I ordered my first latte asked me 5 times to repeat each item to add, mocha, liquid sugar and Expresso shot. Ordered my second latte 1 mocha 1 liquid sugar and Expresso shot, was asked 3 times to repeat that one. And hash browns. I get to the window and was asked 2 more times what my order was cause they made a coffee drink that was from an old order then I seen they rung up an iced coffee and ice latte and NO hash browns and 3 Expresso shots… I gave up and took the drinks anyway but they did not look good at all. So after I get home they labeled the drinks wrong so the coffee was labeled latte. Not hard to just trade drinks that’s fine but they mixed up the ingredients so the coffee had all the sugar and moacha and the latte had all Expresso shots no mocha, sugar or milk… They tasted horrible

Went to this location to get a free medium iced coffee with any purchase. We go to the drive thru and begin to tell the worker what we want, and he immediately says “we are all out of doughnuts”. I then ask, “how are you Dunkin doughnuts and you’re all out of doughnuts?” He says, “I don’t know” and we drive away.

There a young crew in the morning. Young black men. I haven’t seen them lately .. not all together. But anyway. They are the best. The food is always made perfectly and my drink always snaps. Customer service is great as well. Please bring these young men back. They made this my favorite dunkin. Now when I go I don’t see them and a manger is present calling the shots. My food is always disappointing and my drinks don’t hit the same. So sad. Anyway bring dem boys back. I miss yall. Yall made spending 20 dollars on dunkin worth it. Now it just seems like a reckless decision

Adjusted stars to reflect current status of restaurant. No gloves worn, no masks, no hand washing. Both employees eating/drinking behind the counter and in the lobby. Both employees on their personal cell phone. One sneezed behind the counter, didn’t even try to cover their face. No cutlery to eat with. I asked for a fork and the lady who was leaned over on the lobby side of the counter says”we don’t sell forks.”

I thought it was pretty food coffee. Dunkin is never as strong as I like it. I tried the doughnuts and they are not that good, not bad, but not great. The service was friendly and it was clean. My complaint is that the location is tough to get out of which is not their fault.
