This is the slowest and most rude attitude filled location. Always out of something and you are met with a sour attitude if you correct your order. And the coffee is usually not hot or full and the baked goods are freezer burnt or thrown in a bag.

This location is consistently out of items. If you order on the app, be aware that it will not notify you if they are out of items that you want to order. I just arrived to learn that they did not have the inventory to fulfill over half my order so I had to leave and request a refund on the app, which I now have to wait up to 2 days for a representative to call or email me about refunding my $19.
Just do yourself a favor and visit another location. The Dunkin’ down fourth street across from Dave’s Automotive & Gas is very kind and always has items in stock.

the worst ever. Service is garbage . Employees are rude and impatient. Need new people working there , not only that needs to close down if u have 1 worker there. Giving very much holding onto hope that someone will want to work there. Coffee be coming out good though. Oven always down so no hot food. this Dunkin right here needs to be shut down. Make a freaking bank there or checkers

I recently moved a minute away from this Dunkin’ and it has been my go to for coffee. The staff is very kind and the service is quick and efficient but I have ran into a continuous problem. They pick and choose when they want to serve hot food and when they don’t. The first time they didn’t serve me food it was very busy so I was understanding. Although they did tell me the store was too messy inside therefore they’re not serving food and I found that to be unprofessional. Today there were 2 other cars in the drive through and nobody inside and they told me they weren’t serving food. Overall, I haven’t had many issues with this Dunkin’ but there should be no reason they don’t allow half of their menu to be ordered this often.

This is the only time I’ve even been upset that they don’t have an option for 0 stars. I truly believe that the owner of this place has Down syndrome. They could learn how to run a business off of YouTube and have better results than the current operation. Hey owner since I know you’re going to read this: MOVE ON TRY SOMETHING ELSE.. THIS ISNT FOR YOU!!

Waited 50 minutes in the drive thru and there were only 4 cars ahead of me. Half the time they don’t have any food, and if they do it is either overcooked or stale. A typical order here includes 1-2 mistakes, but sometimes more. Clearly management doesn’t care because it’s been this way for over 2 years now.

Where is the general or the store manager. This place need to be revamped. First of all I waited at the speaker for 15 minutes listening to the person at the window having a personal conversation. So when I gave her my order she then proceeded to tell me the oven isn’t working. Then she carried on with her personal conversation. Don’t just hire to have more bodies. Hire because they deserve working at your company.

This was the worst Dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to in my life! The most rude group of people working there. They walk around slamming everything because they have an attitude, didn’t even acknowledge me and my 2 sons standing at the register. Had no donuts at all and when we had picked out which ones to get my sons, they came over and bagged them up and gave them to a car in drive thru, which wasn’t there until after us! My boys were so upset! DO NOT EVER GO THERE!

I got the avocado toast with bacon today. The toast was not warm, was small, slightly bigger than the palm of my hand, the bacon was sparse. Ridiculous price, $4 for the quality! Wont return to this store.
I got the Avocado toast at another store. The toast covered the bottom of the box, was warm, with plenty of bacon! Dont mind $4 for delicousness!! Will take my business here!

This location is a total train wreck. they are out of most of the food items on their menu. You can see from the other comments that’s not unusual for them. I ordered two bagel egg sandwiches and when I got to work, there was only one sandwich in the bag, wrong bagel type. I was the only one in the drive thru and the person at the window had to ask me 4 times what I ordered to drink. The strawberry coolada had no coolada they were probably out of that too but just made the drink anyway. 3 strikes you’re out! Go the newer location south on 4th St stay away from this one.
