A little DD in a busy area. Clearly had limited staff, but store was clean and services was satisfactory. Great outdoor seating area to enjoy and iced coffee with friends.

Smells great better than Starbucks (I worked at Starbucks).
Trash was left on the table and not picked up so I did. Tables aren’t too clean. Their labels under the donuts are all mixed up I wanted to get the vanilla donut with sprinkles not the frosted vanilla. So I accidentally ordered two glazed donuts. I also got the maple glazed that was pretty good. I got their signature cake batter latte. Very sweet, very good. Needs more sprinkles though. The coffee flavor takes up the cake batter flavor, but you can still taste it.

It’s been weeks now that they keep running out of their inventory but the app is not updated with what’s available. Multiple times after placing an order and paying for it through the app, we come to find out it’s unavailable when picking up. So then we are given the choice of ordering a replacement food item or getting a refund. The taste of the same exact coffee order is also very inconsistent from day to day.

I’ve never had a good experience with this Dunkin. I order almost exclusively through the app and drive thru, and they always forget items and ask me to repeat parts of my order when I get to the window. The app never matches what donuts they actually have on hand, so good luck picking your flavors beforehand. Drinks are inconsistent; I can order the same exact drink 10 times and have it taste different each time. Food items are low quality and overpriced. Staff is usually nice but I’m guessing they have a high turnover rate because no one seems trained very well.

Horrible croissant. It was heavy and had no taste. I threw it away. The chocolate cake donut was passable but had just a touch of icing. The glazed was just ok. The woman couldn’t answer the simplest of questions. Won’t be back.

Usually I’m not the type to go and make a review on something but today this girl there got me fired up !! My brother came here earlier and said his coffee tasted black so later on I go up for myself to get myself a coffee, only to be greeted by the same two people and also a coffee not made with any pumps and I get 8 pumps so I’m easily able to tell. So after that they are about to close and I go up front and the doors are locked and only person outside is the girl working family and he yells over to me, did she make your coffee right ? So I told him no and finally he gets ahold of her and she remade it. Too much for a 6$ coffee smh !!!!!

If I could give this place no stars I would.. waited in drive thru line over 35 mins, they really need to add a bail out line if they are going to be this slow.. I get to the window and there is only one girl that is making the drinks, another girl near the donuts on her phone.. This is not the Dunkin that it used to be. There was no apology and no nothing to compensate the wait. Will not return to this aweful location.

I drive for doordash, sent there 3 different times, and days. Had to cancel all orders because they had no doughnuts at all. One order had food, but the food station was down.

They typically never mess up my order. Once they did but it was a simple mistake. Great customer service. Always quick, even with long lines.

I bought six donuts it cost $7.50. I think that is ridiculous for six donuts. I have had so much better donuts in the area Dunkin not even on the same level. ☹️☹️.
