Ordered an iced latte and it was over 3/4 full of ice. This picture is taken at least 15 minutes after getting the coffee and as you can see the coffee is all gone as there wasn’t much in there. Seems like robbery when paying over $4 for a coffee …

Sometimes You don’t notice customer service until you experience awesome service and The 4-6am crew are the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered. They brighten my day in the morning. Coffee is always perfect. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

I have visited this Dunkin’ a lot over the past few years and while I continue to give them my money for coffee, donuts and sandwiches, my biggest gripe is the inconsistency. I always order a large iced coffee with milk which I think is pretty basic but sometimes my coffee would look like a giant cup of milk with a splash of coffee even though I’d order it with the standard 4 milks. I began ordering it with 3 and about 25% of the time it would come out looking like that still. I’ve had to send it back a few times though I hate doing that (and twice now the one they “fixed” looked exactly the same). This has gotten better recently but I still feel like I never quite know what I’m going to get which is unfortunate. Other than that I enjoy the food and coffee. The donuts are some of the best in my opinion. I would love to see more consistency in the coffee making progress and some friendlier staff (some appear to hate their job so much they make me depressed -though I’m sure this is common most places today). I also wish the booth cushions were re-done as they are cracking and torn badly. I’m sure the seating area is cleaned regularly but it comes across as grungy at times and the cushions don’t help. I am a loyal Dunkin’ fan and continue to be a paying customer but there are a few things I wish they’d address.

Got iced coffee early in the evening on my way back home. Seemed a little short staffed but I wasn’t in a rush so it didn’t bother me. What did bother me was the ice coffee I order tasted a little stale/old. Must have been made like around that 3-4 hours ago mark. Other than that it was fine. Just and average Dunkin with a ton of seating for some reason.

I love Dunkin in general, but this location has a really nice sit-down area. Service is always good here too and staff is friendly.

Awful customer service. I typically do not leave negative reviews as I myself work in foodservice and understand being short staffed. However, every time I go to give this location another chance, they prove how poor their customer service is. The gal working the drive thru handed me my beverage and bag of food in the same hand and said, “I don’t know the total it’s like $6 something BUT HERE YOU GO” and rudely handed me my items. I was confused but gave her my card. Drove off and noticed on my receipt she overcharged me twice. Total almost $10. If I didn’t have such negative experiences every time I would’ve let it go. This time deserves a comment. Plus hashbrowns we’re burnt. I’ll stick to local shops.

Idk what is going on with this store but coffee is NEVER the same! Visit this store about 3 times a week and always seem to be disappointed…Guess I’ll have to start going to Starbucks

Service is slow. Workers are lazy. It was only 11am and the inside was filthy. I watched one worker dump sprinkles from an empty tray all over the floor and just leave them. One worker handed a box of doughnuts to a customer with chocolate icing all over the bottom of the box and when asked if she could clean it off it was obvious she thought that was request was ridiculous. Our drinks had to be remade because they were so horrible. No one smiled or said thank you. That Dunkin is not a happy place.

Tuesday morning 6am i order a sandwich and was told you ran out of eggs. Manager ain’t managing if a breakfast chain doesn’t have eggs.
