Very clean, nice & professional employees. I am pleased with my drinks & food. Order was made to perfection! Thanks ladies!!! You all ROCK!!! My only issue is they don’t accept $50.00 bills and I wanted to tip all the ladies because they all have great customer service

Very clean sweet employees, quick service! Their donuts were practically gone because they sold so many & they just opened! Giving out free coffee. I’m so happy Dunkin in closer to me now I don’t have to go all the way to Coppell , thank you!

Very very friendly, and fast with my order whenever I come here. The entire staff made me feel like family! I recommend anyone to get their doughnuts from this specific location whenever you are in the area! You will not be disappointed! 5 stars all the way around! Oh and the place was very clean!

This morning I went through the drive through. There was a van ahead of me. I saw the employee at the window hand a bag to the driver of the van. Then, the driver handed it back to the employee. After the van left, I came to the window to pick up my order. The employee handed me the exact same bag (with a donut in it) that the van driver had just passed back. I could tell it was the same bag by the crinkling at the top. I asked the employee for a fresh donut and bag. He balked at the idea. With a horrible attitude, he begrudgingly gave me a fresh donut and bag. As he was doing this I could hear him and the other employees talking about me, saying that they didn’t understand why I wanted a fresh order. Because of this employee’s horrible attitude, and because of the shockingly unprofessional behavior from the rest of the staff, and most importantly because they tried to serve me someone else’s rejected order, I will not be returning to this location. If the employee had just given me a fresh order, I would not be writing this review. It’s one thing to serve a customer an order that had already been in someone else’s hands. But, it’s another thing to publicly ridicule the customer for actually wanting a fresh order, which should be a basic expectation for every food establishment.

I LOVED the customer service, everyone was super sweet and the service was fast. By the time i was done paying they had my drinks ready. LOVED EVERYONE would definitely come back!

Most of the staff is nice but too slow – yet rushing me to order. I ordered 3 egg and cheese wake up wraps and was told to pull up at the front door so they could clear the line behind me. I waited nearly 10 minutes. Watched them clear the line and they proceeded to chat with each other. I had to finally walk inside to get my food. This location has not been open long enough for this . Very disappointing

Pumpkin spice latte w an espresso shot, ordered on the app SO EASY! It was delicious!
Also got the everything bagel bites, good but not sure I’d get them again but there are so many options! Be back soon!!

I’ve been there only 3 times and everytime it was something, either they take waay too long in giving me my order but the last time I order tru the app a Hot latte — surprise surprise I was given a cup of 100% milk, no coffee at all. Disapointed, never again I will buy anything from this brand.

First visit (right after opening) was a test for sure. But has been better on my last several visit. Donuts have been fresh, coffee good, sandwich made correct & hot. So happy Dunkin is in Irving now. Been waiting over 20 years.
