Everything I’ve tasted from NY Bakery in Irving is the finest and highest quality. I’ve been called an uppity Yankee, and yes I am finicky.
After working in Kitchens thru out the US repairing equipment 35yrs, I have tasted each one (have a serious sweettooth) I’ve worked at 1000s of Bakeries and Food Facilities and know loads of Chefs.
