Wow took my granddaughters for ice cream only 12 flavors to choose from. No waffle cones and my spoon was a toaster spoon. When I asked the lady why she really didn’t want to answer. She mentioned to me they were cleaning the freezer. No reason for my spoon or waffle cones. Usually the service is much better. Disappointed

Managers please help these workers. They asked me 20 times what I wanted in drive through. No icecream cones, limited flavors. My drink wasn’t made right. Same guy handling money dealing food.

I walked into the lobby of the location by 740pm. There was one customer ahead of me that was taking her time sampling many different flavors. She finally made her decision, received her scoop, paid for it & sat down. The employee came towards me a little bit later and said “I’m sorry but the Lobby closed at 745pm so if you want anything you will have to go through the drive thru..EVEN THO I WAS IN THE LOBBY PRIOR TO CLOSING! LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Experince was awful! Lobby was closed 3hrs early. No sign no nothing…Called the store to ask if they were open. They were.. Asked us to go thru drive-thru. They were short handed so they had to close lobby down. I finally get to order…I asked for a banana split. They were out of bananas. I asked for pistachio and they were out. I asked for rocky road. For such a large town as Fort Wayne, I am surprised that there is only one Baskin Robbins. There is something about this being the iconic ice cream chain that I always wanted to go to as a kid. The pro’s is the Baskin Robbins variety of ice cream along with their ice cream cakes which are better than DQ birthday cakes. The bad is the super slow service with a line often going to the door as it is a Dunkin Donuts as well. During these covid times, you don’t really want to be clustered together with other people. I was able to order an ice cream Disney Princess cake which looked exactly like the advertisement which was a plus for my daughter’s birthday.

Just went to Baskin-Robbins it was Terrible service. Order 2 scoop sunday with hot fudge I got 1 scoop (didnt look like a scoop) and chocolate sauce. There was a employees running around acting like they were busy. Literally was me and 1 other car in drive thru. I went there to get a milk shake they said all the. blenders were down.

I ordered a large Salted signature caramel latte, waited about 10 minutes… recieved a medium carmel craze. (That tasted like milk) she seemed new, so they might need to look into their training. *DD

Absolute worst Baskin Robbins you can go to. Ordered two scoops, the size of scoops were very small for the money, my son ordered a hot fudge sundae that barely had any hot fudge. You could tell that the employee named “Cracker” could give two &$@?’s about their customers. Not the first time with this experience. It used to be a great place a year or two ago. Not sure if it’s under new ownership, but I’d recommend go elsewhere.

Lobby was suppose to be open so we drove across town to take the kids. The lobby was closed 2 hours before closing time (door said lobby open) so we had to go through the drive through. When we asked why the lobby was closed (assuming the answer would be covid related), the employee said because we wanted to keep everything in one area tonight. It’s hard to have children choose what they want with a menu that includes more options they are out of than what they have. Giving two stars because they did have a dairy free option for my daughter.

Baskin closes at 6:30. Had there been a sign on the door stating that the inside was closed we would have went through the drive-thru and made it before Baskin closed. They avacado toast was not “toasted” whatsoever. Wasted alot of time drive here specifically for Baskin as this is the only location in the area.
