Paula’s Donuts Reviews

This is the saddest bagel sandwich ever. It’s so dry, chewy and basically empty. Everything from the bagel to the cheese was microwaved, and it wasn’t even busy. The cheese just cracked into pieces… It’s past the point of melted. I think we got less than a single egg per sandwich and we ordered two. Also, while waiting in line my husband stepped on a tissue that had what looked like fresh blood on it and he was wearing flip-flops. We absolutely didn’t have a good experience today. I’m definitely disappointed and likely will not order from this location again. If somebody asked me what I thought of this Paula’s I’d say one word… “Gross.”

I came to Paula’s donuts for the first time and had a wonderful experience. I explained to the young lady that I am from out of town and have never been here before.

She graciously explained what different types of donuts they had and went over the list with me. She even made a few just regular sugar donuts upon request.

The actual donuts were larger than normal sized donuts and some were unique. Some of the unique ones included a cookie dough donut, Lucy Charms and several others. Overall they were delicious and filling after just one.

Whenever I am back in town, I will be sure to stop by again. I wish I got the young lady’s name because she provided excellent customer service.

They have the best donuts I have ever had. Their donuts are filled full of cream or jelly. They are a decent size. The prices match what they are giving you. The staff is friendly. Morning times are busy so there will be wait time but it moves along quickly.

I was up in Western NY visiting family from SWFL. Best donut shop EVER… The peanut stick is to die for. Amazing selection. Staff is attentive and friendly. Man… SWFL needs places like this. Dunkin’ is god awful.

Amazing customer service! Went here to pick up some donuts for my boyfriend’s birthday today since we live out-of-state and we dont have peanut donuts where we live. I’ve never been to Paula’s before so I was a little overwhelmed and gobsmacked by the choices available! Everything looked delicious and the store itself was immaculately clean! The counter clerk that helped me (sorry, I never remember names) was so kind, patient, and helpful! Needless to say, I will be back to Paula’s when I come back to West Seneca in a few weeks for a wedding! Thank you for helping me make my boyfriend’s birthday a little better with a peanut donut! And again, amazing customer service!

The donuts are really good. I especially like the glazed cinnamon one. It’s huge. The online ordering for pick up is very slow, though. I often feel ignored as a full line of customers can place their orders in store and be in and out quicker. It’s easier to order online since I get anxious talking to people but I might just order in store for better service. I’d avoid online ordering due to poor customer service but other than that, the donuts are good and price is fair.

The donuts were amazing. We ate coconut cream, chocolate Bavarian cream, and an Apple fritter. Also had a delicious turkey sandwich and some chocolate donut holes! I highly recommend Paula’s!!!!

The donuts are fresh, delicious, and HUGE!! The service is fast, friendly, & knowledgeable. I don’t get to WNY often, but when I do, Paula’s is an absolute must!!

Dissapointed. The donut itself looks amazing and is delicious but the fillings are awful. I got a “jelly” donut that was filled with some weird Gel substance. It was not jelly. Similar to what some cheap donut chains use. Use better fillings and this would be a 5 star place. With all that being said, if you get donuts without fillings, they are superb. I loved the blueberry donut.

I don’t see the appeal of this place. The donut was as good as any other place, the only difference is how filled they were, like overfilled.
