Dunkin’ Reviews

It’s just basically a coffee bar with a donut cabinet inside the Pilot. They keep it very well stocked and organized, and if it is not when you come in, they just suffered a rush, and needed all hands on deck to help customers, otherwise, it is clean and stocked.

The donuts were delicious. However, it wasn’t what I had ordered. Note to self : Check before leaving .

This is a Dunkin EXPRESS. We went on a Sunday morning at 8am and there was no iced coffee or iced tea left. Very few donuts and the station itself was a mess.

This was the worst representation of dunkin’ donuts I have ever seen in my life. Although the customer service and the actual pilot gas station was so amazing. They had only two kinds of coffee at the time and it was decaf and regular. Everything is self-serve so you put your own syrups your own creams everything is just in the middle of an island with all of the different pumps that you can put into your coffee with a ride range of vanilla hazelnut etc. I didn’t really like that because it’s like everybody can touch all over everything and we know that people don’t clean their hands. And I don’t know how long the coffee had been there and how long the station have been unattended. So I was a little disappointed. I actually wanted to have the avocado toast. And again this wasn’t 24 hours there was nobody that was working for dunkin’ donuts actually at this station inside of the gas station. That was a little deceiving for me and for whatever reason something was going on with Dunkin donuts and their system so this was the only 24-hour dunkin’ donuts outside of the strip. I really needed some coffee because I drive late at night. And I wanted to taste that I wanted. But to me it was not worth the 25 minute drive to get there from the strip.

We called because it said 24 hours and we just wanted to make sure. We were told they were open just to get there and they didn’t have any donuts. I guess since he had to work Christmas, that was a way of getting people in. It was a disappointment and too long of a drive for that.

Horrible experience today, and it was my first time. Workers asked me what I ordered after I already paid, gave me drinks one by one with no drink carrier.

Dunking isn’t my favorite but cannot say anything bad
