The cup on the right is from your establishment a few days ago. The one on the left is from another location. Last week I ordered 2 hot cappuccinos and there was a significant difference in weight? Same drink. Please do some training. I’ve been coming here for 4 years. Don’t make me.stop.

I LOVE this location however the young lady in the jean coveralls working the drive through was using a kitchen utensil to remove a pop socket from her phone, she did not wash the utensil or her hands. That is disturbing.

Today was my second time purchasing from this location I must say that the doughnuts was good and fresh and the XL original hot chocolate was great. I recommend this location and I will be purchasing again from this Dunkin Donut Location.

You know when you walk into a donut shop, there should be something the front right? Nope not here. There was barely any donuts in the front. The we 6 employees in side and only one trying to restock the front while the other three were working on 3 coffees for the drive through. I would say it was busy but I would be lying. Maybe 3 cars in the drive through and one person in the store. Customer service was horrible and no organization on who does what in the store. I won’t be coming to this dunkin for a while. Just a horrible visit. It wasn’t always like this in the past.

Female employee is super rude and unwilling to help new employee. He keeps saying they never trained him to do certain things and the girl always responds with a bad attitude and cusses at him. Super unprofessional. I felt awkward being in there. So two things should probably happen if you want this place to succeed. Train your new hires better and fire the girl who was working at 3 pm on Wednesday. She will take down the whole store with her bad attitude and unprofessional behavior. Good luck!

I’m not sure what happened between now and before they renovated, but I’ve given this place 5 tries before having to write this review.

The place has gone down hill in the worst ways possible. 5 times I’ve come and 5 times they have gotten my order wrong.

I’m not sure if they don’t carry half and half any longer, but I specifically ask for it and they never add it.

One time we asked for caramel, they didn’t add it.. we went in to have it fixed it turns out that they didn’t add it because they didn’t have a bottle open.. like..? How hard is it to open a bottle of syrup.

Previously, we wouldn’t have to go in to have anything fixed up, we’ve had to recently and the place is just filthy. No cleanliness behind the counter… so.. shape up dunkin.

After going to the Simmons location for a few months, I was fed up with how inconsistent the service and quality was so I decided to see if the Craig location would be better. Extremely disappointed that it was just as sloppy as previous experiences. Both locations take forever and when I pull up in the drive through, the employees always ask me what I ordered and I have to explain to them multiple times or they will probably forget it. Sometimes I feel bad for the workers, but then they don’t seem to put in the effort to fix their mistakes such as giving me the wrong size or not adding flavoring which I paid extra for. I don’t understand how they can mess up my mobile order so often when my exact drink is on the receipt. Only the managers ever seem to try to fix a mistake and even then it’s super rare as most of the workers I interact with seem to be young teenagers who barely pay attention to anything I say. I always order the exact same drink too so it’s such a shame that it tastes completely different every single time. The only reason I go nowadays is because of my points on the app but I will stop going once I use them up. Go to any other donut or coffee shop because Dunkins is a huge waste of time and a big disappointment.

All the items were great but after we placed our order and pulled up to the window no one said a word to us. Our order wasn’t given back to us to make sure it was right, no total was given to us again, no hello or thank you, nothing at all. They took our card and handed us our order and that was it.
