My Name is Adell, I would like to recognize Cynthia for the outstanding service she gives to the customers. This morning when I came in the store it was swamped with a hockey team. She was alone and the way she was able to get the customers in and out in a timely fashion goes beyond words. I was so impressed that I had to write this review for her outstanding workmanship. Lovely staff that puts out good food & coffee. But get some air conditioning for your employees. It’s July and it’s hot as hell in this store. Uncomfortable working conditions are a massive thumbs down.
The Minded
Apparently this Dunkin Donuts recently changed ownership/management, and it is BAD. As soon as I walked in, these girls looked at me like I was a burden just for being there. Very unwelcoming. Bad attitude. To make matters worse, it was noon and they had not prepared enough donuts. All the important flavors like glazed, jelly, etc were not there. And they didn’t get/make more? So we’re only left with the lame flavors to choose from, and even those were stale like they’d been sitting out for days. What once was a friendly and efficient Dunkin Donuts is now a place to avoid at all costs.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts ever. I walked in this morning and saw 5 people working but no one looked at me, greeted me, or acted like I was there. Needless to say I walked out without making a purchase.

The girl who waited on me was very nice, she was alone. Pouring coffee, making breakfast sandwiches, toasting bagles. She had no help. I felt bad for her, all the people waited patiently.

Morning coffee, croissant, and hash brown with slightly salty taste. Pretty much of what you need for early morning!!

Staff behind the counter is great. However I encountered some aggressive panhandling while in the store waiting on my order. Feel bad for the guy but customers shouldn’t have to explain why they’re not donating some food to him while inside the store. Need to police that stuff.

Such a good dunkin. One of the few i go to just about everyday. The workers are always nice and greet you with a smile. I only work a block away, a blessing and a curse lol its a small location and only a stand up table to eat at but i guess thats a good thing so the homeless people around dont hang out in there. Deff one of my favorites! 🙂
