Bummed out this location is a drive thru only at the moment. Yet, my fiance and I were able to go when the Hot Light was on (which you know what that means). If not, it basically means that there are fresh out the flyer donuts available!

Over all donuts are ALWAYS good just too sweet for me. Birthday cake donut is VERY sweet. Pumpkin donut was tasty you can never go wrong with Chocolate glazed and sprinkles. We were offered a pumpkin spice mocha shake with caramel glaze. I think they were training someone but it was good other than the mocha. I don’t care for cold coffee

Bit slow through the drive through, charged a la carte price for a half dozen, and gave us the wrong order originally. They did make it right in the end, but it took a while. Didn’t have coffee so had to wait another 10 mins for. But the ladies working we’re very apologetic for the wait and mix up.

They were COMPLETELY out of donuts. They said they were waiting for a delivery. We discovered it was Senior Dozen Day and we have two seniors but couldn’t even get a SINGLE donut. They told us to return later. We went 5 times. Each time, they were completely OUT of donuts. What kind of donut shop completely runs out of donuts? We will NOT return here. Good luck.

Good customer service, they explained all the new items and allowed me to sample one the shakes. The inside was open but drive thru is win for me and I won the 85th Anniversary for the first time!!!!!!!! Check ‘em out for yourself..

6/19/22 at 8:00am I received a door dash order from this location. Upon arrival I noticed an extremely long line so I called the location to ask if I had to wait in line or was I able to grab the order from the door. I was told the inside is closed and I had to wait in line and that they was now preparing the order. I arrived at the speaker at 8:30Am where I provided the name for my door dash order. I was then told to go to the front of the store to get the order. Upon arrival to the front door there was at least 5-6 other dashers there waiting to pick up. Once the lady came to the door I asked if I could please get the order for Crystal T. Which was 2 dozen donuts. The lady said others was there first and they are short staffed. I explained to the lady I called at 8a and was told I had to wait in line just to get to the speaker 30 minutes later to be told to wait in line at the door. Clearly she did not care about my time because the then refused to serve me my customer order!!!!! I am livid as I wasted 40 minutes of my time just to be refused service. Where was the professional? Where was the communication??? As a worker that should have been understood this person is a little upset because they have been here over 30 minutes and was told to come to the door when I could have been told that at 8am. I am disappointed at this location and how they handle orders via online services. Something needs to be done quickly and the worker or manager needs to go back to customer service training as the situation was not handled properly at all. A highly disappointed, dissatisfied, customer. I will never come to this location again to be treated like this

This Krispy Kreme is terrible. It’s been three times, most recently yesterday, where they only have a handful of donuts. They didn’t even have regular glazed. How do you own a donut store and not have any donuts? …and the problem is that all my trips have been during normal hours. I’d understand if I was showing up around closing time but not even close!

My first visit here was great, but today was not up to par! Staff had no idea when I asked for a chocolate iced coffee, then today is the pay the pump deal. When I got receipt I was told I had to ask for it in advance. The ad said nothing about having to ask for it, it just says all original dozen for 4.90$. Staff never told me my total, even when taking my payment.

This has to be the slowest Krispy Kreme I have ever visited. Might even be one of the slowest “fast” food type restaurants too. Donuts were so hard the frosting falls off after biting it once. Only reason it gets 2 stars is because the dreamsicle flavor drink was really good.
