The lady at the register didn’t let us sit down in chairs after ordering our coffee . She was so rude and she embarrassed me in front of my friends that I brought here to get coffee . Am so embarrassed. Am never going back to this store and disliking the behavior by the lady . Too bad

I’ll give 2 stars because they had nice customer service but there is no need for one sandwich to take 20 minutes when there is barely anyone in the store. Although friendly they are very slow and if running late isn’t an option for you then I suggest going to another establishment.

Well first of all this I should’ve taken a pics of the other orders they got wrong BUT yesterday (Sunday), I work at the wine & spirits 1 minute away from the Dunkin & EVERY TIME I go there for me & the manager’s breakfast they ALWAYS get the orders wrong or act so slow like they can’t understand anything plus they are even slow when it’s really nobody in the place.. when I went there on Yesterday (Sunday) I ordered TWO MEDIUM Butter Pecan Signature Lattes once I get them they made one of them correctly but the other is clearly a LARGE But the sticker says MEDIUM PLUS I had to tell them to put on the whipped cream & sprinkles that’s it’s SUPPOSED to have on TOP of that they took years with our food & I had to say something about that too it’s literally EVERY TIME I go in there for a order

Seen a roach in counter made me upset but I was so hungry I ate the hole toasted everything bagel with veg cream cheese food was good place needed to be exterminated

That was a rude experience at this store ,she was rude just bcz i was brown and i got racially profiled . i wouldn’t go to this store again to start my day that bad and embarrassed myself in front of my class mates .Sorry

This establishment is going downhill, customer service is horrible, place looks dirty and even if they’re not busy they don’t take care of customers. I was waiting for like 10 minutes in line to place an order none of the two guys working took my order and all I kept hearing is yelling and yelling I don’t know what in their language.

Very, very slow service. Waited for my iced latte for 20-30 minutes. Turns out it was behind the counter this whole time yet not one worker said anything before I had to notify them again. I thought I was gonna have a good morning but it was the exact opposite
