Way to many bad cups of coffee and messed up orders. Order in person they will screw up less. Order online they will give you whatever they feel like. Recent coffee tasted like it had everything bagel topping brewed in it with non of the mocha I asked for.

I ordered a $7.00 breakfast sandwich that was dry; requested jelly and was told I had to pay extra. That’s like ordering a burger and paying extra for mayo.

The worst customer service, the rude and poorly trained staff makes inconsistent coffee and complains when I demand a better cup. Do not recommend. Never going back ever

I always enjoy there coffee and I hardly ever buy coffee out, but theirs is always fresh and I actually like the taste of it. I have even bought it at the supermarket. The donuts are also very fresh. I don’t have anything spectacular to say about the staff, but I don’t have anything negative to say either. They are efficient at their jobs but not especially friendly.

IF YOU DONT EAT PORK DONT GO THERE i went there and order a turkey sandwich I watched the lady grab my turkey with the same gloves she just hrab pork bacon with from previous order and didn’t even change her gloves or wife off any area she previous touch with the pork gloves I ask for a refund and NOW CONTACTING CORPORATE THERE ALTITUDE STIXKS Go in a different location with that service but I guess you feel you can treat people how ever since the location is in the hood with junkies all in front of store

Excellent customer service. They remember your order if it’s what you get every time. Great food and coffee. Could be much cleaner I can never purchase my food and coffee without asking for a dish cloth to wipe a table first. No one pays attention to the dining area always dirty.

Was shocked to see how rude the male staff member at this location was. I was sitting in the corner of the shop drinking an iced coffee quiet as a mouse. The place was nearly empty and the man decided I was there too long. So he began to shoo me out. I’ve never had that happen before. Don’t worry dude. I’ll never come back again. Enjoy your empty store all to yourself.

I love Dunkin donuts. Their donuts are good and even the food and drinks are on point. I just wish the service was better. I was standing in front of the pick up area and one of the workers came out from the cookingare right where I was standing and didn’t even bother to say excuse me or anything. What’s happened to customer service and common courtesy smh…

If you ask for light ice so you can actually enjoy your almost 5 dollar drink they only half fill it. Literally got 6 sips of my drink before it was empty. I wouldn’t waste my money there again.
