I had a good experience here today. The staff was polite and helpful. I ordered a French vanilla iced coffee and received a free cake donut because it is national donut day. I enjoyed the donut. The coffee is good quality. I would order a different flavor coffee next time because I am not into the French vanilla but it is my taste not dds fault. I will come back.

Felt rushed at the drive thru. Waited at the window for a couple minutes before anyone showed up. Paid cash but didn’t have my change counted nor was I given a receipt. Food was cold and oily, and tasted horrible. Donut was ok. Pretty lack-luster experience.

I really don’t like writing bad reviews unless I truly feel the need to share the bad experience so no one else will- first of all they need to hire new morning staff( not all one in particular), some that actually wake up in a good mood! I’ve never had such a rude barista take my order nevertheless argue with me about my mobile order today. I placed my order ahead and pulled in to the drive thru and asked if it was ready and she rudely kept saying they didn’t have any orders, she kept repeating it multiple times after I kindly asked that all I wanted to know if it was ready or not so I can wait for it. After pulling up the drive thru window she told me AGAIN that they didn’t have any order and that’s when I got frustrated because I had given her my name twice and have showing her my mobile order confirmation she still argued with me. She finally handed my drink basically throwing it at me saying here you go and leave. I’ve NEVER dealt with someone so rude why even hire people like this especially in the morning!! They always have nicer staff but when it’s the SAME person every time.. they need to do something about this. Letting all my team at my office not to come here!

Plenty of drink, breakfast sandwiches and great selection of doughnuts. Ice cream is also available as well as frozen cakes. Friendly and courteous staff to assist you with your purchase.

First time ever having dunkin donuts. The donuts were ok nothing like granny donuts. But the strawberry drink was good. The avocado spread was fantastic

This is hands down my favorite Dunkin Donuts location as the wait is never long, even in drive through, the staff are friendly and know what they are doing! Everything is always fresh, and I can’t say enough about the new chocolate stout cold brew!

The cashier was very rude and she was disrespectful. I truly understand why I dont go to this location anymore, i have given them so many chances and i think this time I don’t want to try again. I am normally not one to complain but I accidentally ordered the wrong coffee ice coffee vs a hot coffee only cream. When I got to the window I told the lady I messed up and asked if she could please switch the coffee and she said basically was not her problem. I didn’t mind paying for a hot one but she was so rude about the situation. She had a really bad attitude towards me and I wasn’t being rude at all. She finally grabbed the drink gave me a snotty look and dumped the ice coffee and some other guy ended passing the hot coffee. He was nice and I apologized for making a mistake. I didn’t mind paying for the hot coffee but the lady wouldn’t even let me she kept saying I repeated your order. I don’t go to this location personally anymore. The customer service I received was horrible she acted as if I did something to her personally.

This is the third time we have had a bad experience going through the drive thru. We have gotten the wrong order, had a wrong item and the latest was half a donut. The donut didn’t fall apart in the bag there were no crumbs, it was put in there like this!!

I was told my order was correct (when it was clearly wrong) for 2 out of 4 drinks I ordered. The cashier didn’t offer once to remake anything but instead got an attitude with me and then turned her back to me and kept making other orders! It wasn’t even busy at the time!

Not entirely sure what all the hype is about however the positive vibe from the person who filled my order more than made up for the lack of pizzazz of the donuts I ordered.
